Wedding Photography in Chicago

Megan was fantastic to work with! I saw her work through some friends and really didn’t want to hire anyone but her for our wedding. She captured everything we hoped for and more. Her attention to detail and making sure each shot and setup was perfect really showed her passion. I highly recommend Megan for any photographic needs you may have!

When there were little changes needed, they did them quickly and happily. We'd absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to get a great set of photos.

After seeing some of Jay and Larissa's work online, they became our number one choice right away. We were amazed at the way they incorporate the scenery into their photography and the sweeping, dramatic quality they are so good at creating, and we felt so lucky when they became available for our wedding date. Their style fit our aesthetic perfectly and we really could find anybody else that had that unique look we were after, and we sure tried after they were initially booked on our date. After working with them for our mini covid wedding and later our big wedding ceremony, we could not have been happier with their work. Not only were the photos every bit as amazing as we had imagined, but Larissa and Jay were a pleasure to work with and extremely professional throughout our entire wedding process. Keep in mind they are a bit more expensive than other photographers, but after looking at so many other options, we have no doubt that stretching our budget a little more than we planned was the right decision, they are SO worth it! They graciously worked with us when it came to rebooking for our second ceremony due to covid and were a fun and steady presence during our entire wedding day(s). Looking back at the photos we are amazed at some of the shots they were able to capture. We still don't know how they got some of those angles, we had no idea they were right there during the ceremony/vows and yet they got some incredible close-up shots in addition to the sweeping landscapes that initially drew us to their work. These two are amazing and we cannot recommend them enough, secure them now before they are booked!

Randy at Crane's Photography is so creative and visionary and takes beautiful photos. We are so pleased with our wedding photos. He really knows his lighting, etc. and picked great spots for our outdoor photos. The two of us had beautiful first look photos by a lake, photos by an archway at the church, and had sunset photos at the reception - all of the solo couple shots are just priceless! He also took pictures of us hitting golf balls in our wedding dress/tuxedo since our reception was at a golf course (country club). He also captured many family portraits for us and we love these as well as our wedding party photos. We also used Crane's Photography's photo booth services during the reception, which was a big hit and the photos were so fun. The service was high-tech yet straightforward and the background looked great. Thank you for everything, Crane's Photography!

byDesign Films was a fantastic choice for our engagement and wedding pictures! From initial booking to receiving our final pictures we had an awesome customer support team who would quickly answer our questions. There was also a photo timeline tool to help us build out what photos were important to us, and the timing of photography throughout our wedding day. This photo timeline ultimately ended up being our wedding day timeline, so that was awesome! Would definitely recommend!

Where to start... Rocio was AMAZING to work with, not to mention that her photos were everything we hoped for and more! She was so flexible with our engagement pictures and rescheduled with us when it started raining a little while in. She took us to two locations that we LOVED and were so colorful and fun. We do not live in Charlotte and she researched and found exactly what we wanted. She captured our wedding beautifully as well. She was so calm and comforting the entire day and had so many creative ideas on where to go that photographed so well! We cannot say enough about her and are so grateful that we had her capture our special day and gained a friend in her as well! THANK YOU!

The photographer and videographer were absolutely amazing. Anna was very dedicated to getting as many shots as possible, making sure that we were happy with everything! She was amazing! Jem our videographer was also just as amazing! Crazy attention to small details. I can’t tell you how many times he fixed my ring prior to a picture to make sure everything was perfect! They were an amazing pair and I cannot be more happy with the service they provided us!

A friend recommended Kyle after our original photographer canceled right before our wedding in October 2024 and it truly could not have worked out better. He stepped in so easily and immediately felt like the right fit for us. He captured my husband and me in such a natural genuine way and the photos turned out even better than we imagined. He is also just a really great person to be around and made us feel relaxed the entire day which made all the difference!
