Working with Alex was the best decision I made! He takes some of the most stunning proposal photos I’ve ever seen. He’s also great at capturing the landscape and environment around you while still getting those beautiful close-up shots.

He was so organized and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. He turned what can be an intimidating and stressful planning experience into such an easy process, which allowed me to focus on the big day and actually enjoy it.

HOW do I give Alex 10 stars? From start to finish, Alex was beyond professional. A few months before our wedding, I reached out about a question and amidst all the craziness of planning and booking the details the wedding (IYKYK)... it was Alex who calmed me down and got me excited to keep planning! Fast forward to the day of our wedding and he WOWed everyone. He was the talk of our wedding! My family loved him- my aunt loved that he let her take her cell phone pics (he was so sweet and patient!), my mom loved how kind he was, my other aunt thought he was one of my good friends he was so approachable and lovely! Several family members appreciated his guidance and tips while we took pictures, and I adored about a million things about him!!! My brother in law is a photographer was so impressed with Alex's work, he asked me for his contact information so he could share it with folks who ask him for wedding photographers. Fast forward again to today when my husband and I looked at our pictures and we are so happy with the way Alex captured the day. The photos are stunning. Absolutely stunning. I was so happy with our photos, I immediately jumped online to share a review. Long story short- he is amazing. Alex, thank you for making our day so amazing (dare I say perfect?!?!).

I hired him to photograph my proposal at The Rookery, and he made the entire process feel organized, calm, and easy. From the first conversation, he helped think through the timing, lighting, positioning, and flow of the day in a way that made me feel fully prepared without making the moment feel overly staged.

On the day of the proposal, Alex was exactly what you want in that setting: calm, thoughtful, and easy to be around. He gave direction when we needed it, stepped back when the moment needed space, and made both of us feel comfortable even though neither of us is naturally great at posing.
