Nova Photos

I cannot say enough great things about Nova Photos. We enlisted a team for Photo, Video AND Photobooth services for our wedding and the entire team went above and beyond to help make our day unforgettable. Van was our main point of contact from the start (and, ended up being our photo booth operator at our reception) and he was nothing short of professional and helpful. He was always very quick to respond and made himself available for all our questions. He was also flexible throughout the entire planning/prep process, working with us as we got closer to the big day, helping to ensure everything worked out as we were envisioning :) I was so glad Van was the one operating the photo booth so we could meet in person! The booth was an ABSOLUTE hit at the wedding and Van engaged with all our guests helping them feel comfortable and getting some REALLY fun shots! Maks (photographer) and Hannan (videographer) were our photo/video dynamic duo and they were AMAZING!! They both spoke with us multiple times leading up to the wedding, helping prepare us for what to expect day of and working to ensure we were building a schedule for the day that would allow for ALL the moments we wanted to capture. Of course, as is life, day of our schedule got derailed a few time throughout... but Maks and Hannan remained professional and flexible- adapting accordingly throughout! Maks and Hannan went FAR above and beyond their core responsibilities. They helped us figure out a route for our Wedding Party trolly and group shots, they found opportunities to ensure my Husband and I were able to get pictures with every one at the wedding AND (most of all) they brought energy and excitement that kept our wedding party GOING. They were fun and funny, which just made the whole day that much better. Maks was the one who actually bustled my dress after the ceremony and Maks + Hannan were the ones who got us into the reception space early for a preview (vs our wedding coordinator who was supposed to) - capturing photo/video along the way. They really just made the most of every moment, listened and got EVERY important shot that Sean and I wanted and just overall helped make our day absolutely magical. 10/10 recommend- their prices are fair and the whole team at Nova Photos are just absolute professionals and just all around cool people!

I cannot recommend Nova Photography enough! From the beginning they were very easy to work with, had an easy payment plan for our photo package, and had the sweetest people to work with. Van was our coordinator through Nova photos and they were so quick to answer any questions I had. We also had Widlet as our photographer and he made the process so fun! He had charm and made all of our guests laugh! I am so glad we went through Nova Photos for our wedding!

From the moment I walked in Maks was ready. He knew exactly what needed to be done, how to complete the task efficiently. His overall energy was fantastic, i had several guest compliment his personality. One thing that really stood out to me throughout the night was how he advocated for us. We had serval late arrivals who were attempting to interrupt my husband and mine photos and Maks noticed my discomfort. He politely redirected them for us- allowing is to finish our photos. He says he is a professional and he absolutely is. There is no doubt in my mind that anyone who gets him as a photographer will be pleased.

Nova Photos was affordable, professional, and informative. We really appreciated Maks and Florin's direction and assistance. They were great at posing us and going over our needs prior to the wedding day. I highly recommend the Nova team.

Mark and Phalen did an amazing job. They went above and beyond to capture the perfect shots. They also captured all of my must have shots. The entire nova team was great.

This review is specifically regarding our experience with our photographer leading up to and on our wedding day, as we haven’t received our final photos yet—but I already have so many positive things to say about the experience!

Leading up to the wedding, they were incredibly thorough and organized. We had multiple calls and forms to fill out so they could understand exactly what we wanted, our timeline, important people, specific shots, and all of the little details ahead of time. It really felt like they wanted everything to be precise and planned out so that when the wedding day came, we could just enjoy it and trust that they knew exactly what needed to happen.

On the wedding day, that preparation definitely showed. Everything felt incredibly organized and timely. They kept things moving without ever making us feel rushed, which was so important with how much we had packed into our timeline. They also brought such good energy throughout the entire day and were personable, easy to talk to, and made being in front of the camera feel comfortable and natural.

I also really appreciated how well they listened to our recommendations and the specific photos we wanted while still bringing so many great ideas of their own. They had tons of pose ideas, knew exactly how to position us, and were great at finding different areas throughout the venue that would make for beautiful photos. There was a really nice balance between making sure we got the shots we had envisioned and trusting their creativity and expertise.

Overall, our experience leading up to and during the wedding was wonderful. They were professional, organized, timely, energetic, and genuinely enjoyable to have around on such an important day. I’m so excited to see how all of the photos turned out!

We had such an amazing experience with NOVA for our wedding photography! A huge shoutout to Gemma — she was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Her professionalism, patience, flexibility, and calm demeanor made such a difference on such a busy and emotional day.

Gemma made us feel completely comfortable, kept everything moving smoothly, and made sure all of the important moments were captured without ever making us feel rushed. She was so easy to work with and truly went above and beyond for us.

Nova Photos was great! We have 2 photographers and a photobooth attendant for our wedding. Maks and Ben were amazing, capturing the full wedding. Maks knew exactly how to pose us and find beautiful scenery, which he also did for our engagement photos. Ben was always near capturing from a different angle for the wedding. I am so excited to see the final photos.

The photobooth was great! It came with fun props which was perfect for the pictures. The homescreen was a picture from our engagement shoot, which was a perfect touch. There was plenty of time in between pictures to change poses or add people. Sarina was very caring by letting me and my husband to the front of the line and sped up the count down so we can get back to the wedding. There was a hiccup, which was addressed and compensated.

Overall, we were had an amazing experience. Their communication was quick as well! They have great bundle deals as well. I would definitely recommend!

Maks was such an amazing photographer. He did everything to capture the most beautiful moments of the day. He was so nice, and made me feel so confident. He's meant to be doing this!!

Had Michelle and aksel for my wedding last weekend and could not If been happier. They knew exactly what they wanted made the pictures process easy and fast. Great people all around and so easy to work with!! 100% recommend them and nova photos!!!
