I cannot say enough great things about Nova Photos. We enlisted a team for Photo, Video AND Photobooth services for our wedding and the entire team went above and beyond to help make our day unforgettable. Van was our main point of contact from the start (and, ended up being our photo booth operator at our reception) and he was nothing short of professional and helpful. He was always very quick to respond and made himself available for all our questions. He was also flexible throughout the entire planning/prep process, working with us as we got closer to the big day, helping to ensure everything worked out as we were envisioning :) I was so glad Van was the one operating the photo booth so we could meet in person! The booth was an ABSOLUTE hit at the wedding and Van engaged with all our guests helping them feel comfortable and getting some REALLY fun shots! Maks (photographer) and Hannan (videographer) were our photo/video dynamic duo and they were AMAZING!! They both spoke with us multiple times leading up to the wedding, helping prepare us for what to expect day of and working to ensure we were building a schedule for the day that would allow for ALL the moments we wanted to capture. Of course, as is life, day of our schedule got derailed a few time throughout... but Maks and Hannan remained professional and flexible- adapting accordingly throughout! Maks and Hannan went FAR above and beyond their core responsibilities. They helped us figure out a route for our Wedding Party trolly and group shots, they found opportunities to ensure my Husband and I were able to get pictures with every one at the wedding AND (most of all) they brought energy and excitement that kept our wedding party GOING. They were fun and funny, which just made the whole day that much better. Maks was the one who actually bustled my dress after the ceremony and Maks + Hannan were the ones who got us into the reception space early for a preview (vs our wedding coordinator who was supposed to) - capturing photo/video along the way. They really just made the most of every moment, listened and got EVERY important shot that Sean and I wanted and just overall helped make our day absolutely magical. 10/10 recommend- their prices are fair and the whole team at Nova Photos are just absolute professionals and just all around cool people!

Mak was excellent to work with. He was responsive ahead of the wedding and answered all of our questions, which made planning easy.

On the wedding day, he helped everyone feel comfortable and gave great direction for posing while still capturing natural, candid moments. His humor also helped guests relax.

Gemma did such a great job capturing our wedding day. Every photo feels natural and full of emotion, and she didn’t miss a single important moment. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, which really shows in how genuine the pictures turned out. We’re so grateful to have these memories captured so beautifully.

We hired Maks and Gemma for our wedding 2 weeks ago and I couldn't have nicer things to say about them. Maks and Gemma came in and instantly clicked with our group from the beginning. They did an amazing job making our not so photogenic groom and groomsmen absolutely love taking photos on our day. They knew exactly what I had visioned for my wedding and they went absolutely above and beyond.

If you are looking for photographers to get everyone energized and going Maks and Gemma are definitely your people! We will definitely be using them in the future for maternity, family, and whatever other photoshoots we can do with them.
