Hannah was an absolutely amazing wedding planner! From the very beginning, she was always one step ahead of me, anticipating every detail before I even had the chance to think of it. Her creativity is unmatched—she came up with the most fantastic ideas that elevated our wedding far beyond anything we could have imagined. Not only is she incredibly organized and professional, but she also brings such warmth, calmness, and positivity to the entire process. She has a gift for turning stress into excitement and making every moment feel manageable and enjoyable. Her communication was exceptional, and she always made us feel like we were her top priority. Every question, big or small, was answered quickly and thoughtfully. On the wedding day, she and her team were absolute rockstars handling everything flawlessly and making sure we could be fully present to soak in every moment. Our guests were so impressed that many of them went out of their way to thank Hannah personally. They noticed her hard work, her grace under pressure, and the seamless way everything came together. I truly couldn’t have done this without Hannah and her incredible team. They made our dream wedding come to life in the most magical, effortless way. If you want someone who cares deeply about your vision and executes it with perfection, passion, and heart, Hannah is the one. Highly, highly recommend!

We weren’t sure if we were going to hire a coordinator, but ended up deciding to do it. That was easily the best thing we could have done. Neither my bride or I had a single thing to worry about on the day of, and everything was perfectly aligned with what we wanted (even things we hadn’t specified). Katt is very easy going and made the process easy. We came to her with so many questions about planning that she was happy to help with and always responded quickly. We’re both so grateful that we had her and would recommend her to any and everyone!

We truly could not have had a more perfect wedding day, and that is all thanks to Sierra and her team at Little Bird Events! She has an immense knowledge of vendors in the area and helped us picked exactly the ones we needed to fit our wants and budget. Her and her team were wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. They made everything so much easier for us, and we couldn’t have had our dream day without their guidance, organization, and professionalism. All our guests were so impressed with our wedding, and we are still getting compliments about just how much fun they had! We truly had the best day, and everything felt so seamless on our end! We could not recommend Sierra and Little Bird Events enough!

We met Anna at a Wedding Expo and knew when we saw her display that she could help us create the look we wanted for our wedding. As we sat down to plan out the other details, we realized how much more we needed (and wanted) her help to ensure we had the best possible vendors and to coordinate all the details prior to and during the wedding. We wanted to make sure we could enjoy our big day from start to finish and Anna made that happen. We felt like we were living our dream that day...every detail was planned and executed as we had envisioned.

One of the BEST decisions I made was hiring Heidi with Ira & Lucy to help us plan our wedding. Her help throughout the entire planning process made my life as a bride simple, but she was irreplaceable the weeks/days leading up to the wedding. My venue had a few major issues weeks prior to the wedding (to the point where we were almost considering trying to find a new venue in only days notice) and Heidi was so helpful throughout the entire process. Coming up with B and C plans in case our venue got pulled out from under us, helping reassure us that everything would be fine, and serving as our liason between the venue and us to ensure everything was handled correctly. THIS is why you hire a planner. The day of, she even did some last minute errands to create our dream wedding- (white rose petals to line the aisles that somehow we forgot about until that day- ha!). Heidi was knowledgeable, professional, and was the glue that held my wedding together and helped make things so much easier for us throughout the process.

Courtney did an excellent job providing a service that was way beyond our wildest dreams in such short notice! My husband and I loved getting to work with Courtney for both our rehearsal and our wedding day! I felt like Courtney went above and beyond to ensure I had a good day that was full of love and laughter opposed to stress and anxiety! My only wish is that I would have found her sooner. If you are looking for the perfect wedding planner, or day of wedding coordinator Courtney is your gal. We are eternally grateful for the hand that Courtney had in making our day go as smoothly as possible. Courtney is easily approachable, kind, and compassionate and I never felt like I was asking too much or being unreasonable. I enjoyed having someone there who knew the biz to bounce ideas off of and to consult with. Without the help of Courtney I would have spend the majority of my wedding day coordinating my friends and family to ensure the wedding was just as I had imagined it. I am so grateful that Courtney was able to hear my wishes and execute them with such little direction. One of the things that stood out to me about this service was the sense of good will, and positive intent. I truly felt like Courtney thought my day was just as important as I did. She will be on your side, and that is something that any bride or groom need on their biggest day! Thank you Courtney!

We had originally planned to have a huge wedding and I knew I needed Sara’s help to make it happen. What I didn’t know was just how much I needed her help in 2020. This year put my husband and I through quite a bit. If we were to do it all again, which we hopefully will for the half of the family that didn’t get to come from out of town, we would have her and her team there getting us through it all. I don’t know how people do this without a planner/coordinator. We know we couldn’t have.

Effortless Events is a top notch, detail oriented event planner. Cassey and Stefani planned our recent wedding. There are no words fitting enough to describe the incredible experience we had working with them. Our journey started with a consultation where they get to know you and what you are looking for to make your day special. From there they took the reigns and set up vendor meetings to help us select the right photographer, DJ, florist, caterer, etc. They set up all of the appointments, handled the contracts and all details related to the wedding. They met with us multiple times to design the wedding itself. We were uncertain of what we really wanted but they took our thoughts, interpreted them and from there created a fairy tale reality. The wedding itself was phenomenal. Their staff was attentive, friendly and stealthy. They were there when you needed them and yet made things happen in the background so that everything was ready when the next moment came. They were absolutely awesome! Working with Cassey and Stefani invoked so much confidence that we never worried about a single detail. They were responsive to every question and no question seemed to small for them to respond. We had some special concerns about this wedding and they were extremely compassionate and discrete in handling them. You will find no better people to work with if you are planning an event.

In August 2018 AA Events organized and decorated for my Vow Renewal. The décor was elegant and perfect. The tables were tastefully set. The lanterns with the candles set on wreathes were beautiful. The ilse was sprinkled with flower petals. I have to say for the amout of time Amanda put in for all the décor her price was amazingly low!
