Wow! We used Williamsburg Concessions & Catering for our 100 person wedding and were so impressed! If you’re thinking about it we’d highly recommend it!

Throughout the planning process Jessica and Juana were so easy to work with. They were prompt and happy to answer any questions I had/make any modifications I requested.

Then the day of the event came. I had an unfortunate wedding planner situation and they were willing to step up for anything that was needed and advocate for me with the planner. They did everything they said they would and more. They were willing to do things that were not their job to help make the day a success. Throughout the night they made sure we had food when we were too busy talking, made sure we always had a full drink of whatever we were drinking, and made sure everything went smoothly all night.

However, not only was the service phenomenal but so was the food! I’ve definitely been to weddings with good food and with bad food. We did their barbecue option, serving chicken and pork barbecue, Mac and cheese, cornbread, and the salad. Friends were raving about it (we agree) and several asked if it was a well known BBQ spot in Williamsburg. In addition to the BBQ, we had Brie bites and pretzel bites.

All this to say I highly recommend them. When we have catering needs in the future we will 100% use them.

We hired Williamsburg Concessions and Catering and had them do a buffet dinner with chicken piccata and beef brisket and the food was delicious! We also had a charcuterie station for cocktail hour and brought out a late night snack towards the end of the reception and there was no food left, everyone loved it! They also provided bar services, they were accommodating with signature drinks, all the staff were very friendly, and everyone had a great time without any guests becoming particularly over served. Great catering company!

We ended up going with Williamsburg Concessions and Catering for our wedding after not hearing back from our original caterer, and we are beyond happy with how everything worked out. The team was very communicative and worked with us through every step of the way. They had a lot of options to fit various budgets. We chose their BBQ option, and our guests loved it! The food was wonderful and the team certainly made us feel like we had the right people with us on our big day. Day of, they were prompt, calm, and prepared. We would definitely recommend the brisket and the Mac and cheese.
