  We had a lovely experience working with Williamsburg C&C - they were extremely professional at all times and we had so many great comments on their brisket! I would highly recommend this company again and again! One thing I noticed out of all of my vendors was responsiveness - and this place was always on point with replying to my many questions! Thank you guys so much!

  wonderful staff, excellent prices

  Great food and great service!

  We hired Williamsburg Concessions and Catering and had them do a buffet dinner with chicken piccata and beef brisket and the food was delicious! We also had a charcuterie station for cocktail hour and brought out a late night snack towards the end of the reception and there was no food left, everyone loved it! They also provided bar services, they were accommodating with signature drinks, all the staff were very friendly, and everyone had a great time without any guests becoming particularly over served. Great catering company!

  Best Choice of my Wedding!

  Hiring Williamsburg Concessions & Catering was the best choice I made in my entire wedding (after my husband, of course!) Jauna and Jessica were experts and I trusted them every step of the way. They have calm, professional demeanors that made me feel completely at ease.
  
  Preparing food for 150+ people is no easy feat. Not only did they make plenty for everyone, it was delicious and we received rave reviews from our guests. I wholeheartedly recommend their services for any event.

  When we first started planning, we were under the assumption that a catering company would be outside of our budget (and were looking at restaurant take-aways instead). A friend of ours recommended the Williamsburg Concessions and Catering crew and we are so thankful they did! We were a bit late to get them locked down (about 4 months out- would not recommend waiting!), but they guided us through the menu with ease.   Throughout the planning process Jessica and Juana were so easy to work with. They were prompt and happy to answer any questions I had/make any modifications I requested.
  
  Then the day of the event came. I had an unfortunate wedding planner situation and they were willing to step up for anything that was needed and advocate for me with the planner. They did everything they said they would and more. They were willing to do things that were not their job to help make the day a success. Throughout the night they made sure we had food when we were too busy talking, made sure we always had a full drink of whatever we were drinking, and made sure everything went smoothly all night.
  
  However, not only was the service phenomenal but so was the food! I’ve definitely been to weddings with good food and with bad food. We did their barbecue option, serving chicken and pork barbecue, Mac and cheese, cornbread, and the salad. Friends were raving about it (we agree) and several asked if it was a well known BBQ spot in Williamsburg. In addition to the BBQ, we had Brie bites and pretzel bites.
  
  All this to say I highly recommend them. When we have catering needs in the future we will 100% use them.

  Great Experience and Good Food

  We ended up going with Williamsburg Concessions and Catering for our wedding after not hearing back from our original caterer, and we are beyond happy with how everything worked out. The team was very communicative and worked with us through every step of the way. They had a lot of options to fit various budgets. We chose their BBQ option, and our guests loved it! The food was wonderful and the team certainly made us feel like we had the right people with us on our big day. Day of, they were prompt, calm, and prepared. We would definitely recommend the brisket and the Mac and cheese.

  We went with Williamsburg Concessions and Catering for our wedding. They were one of the first vendors we hired during a pandemic wedding planning process. They were super flexible and understanding of changes that came up. Jessica is amazing! Our guests raved about how good the food was. We also used their alcohol package which was just one less thing we would have to worry about. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for any event.

  Truly professional

  Jessica was and her team was awesome. I had an idea in mind when I called her and executed very well. I only wish I had a chance to eat when it was warm lol. She was truly a blessing and made me a plate while the team was bustling my dress. And was right behind me after the cake cutting to lend a hand! We had plenty of left over for a late night snack once the reception was over! Thank you for helping make everything come true!

  Wonderful food and owners!

  Williamsburg Concessions & Catering provided the food for our wedding on 11/14/2020. The food was amazing and guests are still telling me how great the food was. Jessica and her husband did a great job! Jessica was extremely helpful and worked within our budget. They even created a menu based on our favorite foods. She even let us use décor from their warehouse. Because of a few issues from the venue, she came a day early to help set up. She even came early the day of to help as well. She responded quickly throughout the entire process. Williamsburg Concessions & Catering was one of the best vendor decisions we made. I highly recommend booking them.

  My husband and I got married this past November and used Williamsburg Concessions as our caterer. We loved the food that Williamsburg Concessions provided for our wedding!! Everything tasted so delicious and we received so many compliments from our guests regarding the food!! Cassie and her team are very easy to work with and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer!

Cassie and Allison met with me and my husband to figure out what food we wanted at our reception and Allison was able to give us a quote for everything we discussed shortly after.   Cassie and company went above and beyond our expectations. We were working on a tight budget and Cassie put together a phenomenol menu that offered our guests a variety of foods at a high quality. Her presentation went perfectly with our theme and her staff was so friendly and helpful. While other vendors were bombarding my phone on wedding day, Cassie just made things happen. She was also very fast to respond to any questions or concerns and her staff was professional and well trained. Even things we needed that were outside the scope of her employment, her staff members were quick to insist on taking care of it. We couldn't have asked for a better caterer and for the price, you won't find any better value.

  My wedding was almost 3 years ago and my guests still rave about our caterer. This company truly goes above & beyond for their clients! Food was amazing and service was top notch and I must say they put a very personal touch to our event! Since then, our family uses them for all of our catering needs! A true homestyle Williamsburg gem! ;-)

  Williamsburg Concession and Catering is a small, local business that is a great value for the money. Cassie and her staff are very friendly and professional and the food at our wedding was delicious! Our wedding was in the afternoon and we chose to have stations at our reception. We had a carving station with hot roast beef and ham sandwiches and a pasta station with three different choices (pesto chicken pasta, plain marinara, and portabella mushroom pasta) as well as a fresh salad station. The hors d'oeuvres display was beautiful (linens matching our wedding colors were provided). We also rented our place settings, including plates, glasses, silverware, and cloth napkins for each of our guests from this vendor.... Read more

  Williamsburg Concession and Catering is a small, local business that is a great value for the money. Cassie and her staff are very friendly and professional and the food at our wedding was delicious! Our wedding was in the afternoon and we chose to have stations at our reception. We got the food and place settings for 100 plus the cake cutting for under $3,000.00. We also had a beautiful basket filled with food waiting for us in our limo when we left the reception. If you are looking for a low cost, local caterer who will provide you with a great selection of wonderful food I highly recommend Williamsburg Concession and Catering.

  I cannot say enough great things about Williamsburg Concession and Catering! Our wedding day started with sunshine and blue skies and quickly turned into a tornado warning and torrential downpours. Cassie and her team were soaked within the first half hour of our wedding reception. It was enough to make ANYONE miserable... with the exception of Cassie and her team. They worked through the rain and wind with smiles on their faces. They even carried my 60 pound wedding cake from one location to another in the storm with poise and grace. The food was delicious and my favorite memory was how attentive they were to my grandfather's needs. They checked on him throughout dinner and made sure he was taken care of throughout the night. I HIGHLY recommend Williamsburg Concession and Catering for your catering needs.
