I am Wendy, an award winning Chicago wedding photographer located in the beautiful historic neighborhood of Oak Park.
My photo journey started 15 years ago taking photos of concerts in Minneapolis! I fell in love with the art of photography and decided to make a career of photographing weddings. As a photographer who is sensitive to my surroundings, I create images that are intuitive to who you are and the story you tell. I love catching the details you so lovingly design into your wedding day and capturing the big picture of how awesome you, your wedding and guests are.

Look No More
If you're still on the hunt for a photographer and you come across Wendy, look no further. Wendy is the most down to earth and genuine vendor I've worked with. She is so personable and easy to talk to, having pictures taken by her instantly felt like it was with someone | already knew. The turn around time on our engagement pictures was unbelievable, in a good way. I noticed something I wasn't crazy about because I'm too critical of myself, and she changed it right away, no questions asked. Her work with lighting is fantastic and she captured exactly what I was looking for. So incredibly grateful to be working with her.

Don't pick anyone else!
Mother of the bride here! My daughter Megan was really struggling to pick a photographer until she came across Wendy's website. She fell in love with her work right away but was so nervous to choose a photographer. There aren't very many details about her wedding that are truly important to her but the pictures of the most wonderful day of her life are (and her sparkly dress lol) Wendy did her engagement pictures and when Megan received her pictures she literally cried. They were 10 times more beautiful than she could have even imagined. Wendy is so personable and made Megan and Alex so comfortable while taking their pictures. The smiles on their face are natural and genuine. Do yourself a favor and stop looking for the perfect photographer because if you are on Wendy's website reading this review, you have already found her!

She is the best!
Wendy is absolutely incredible and very very talented! We loved every single picture that she did for us. That includes engagement and wedding photos! She captured every little detail in moment just perfectly. We recommend her 10/10! If you don’t use her, you will definitely be missing out!

Courthouse & Reception Photos
My wife and I have been working with Wendy all year long - first for our engagement session and more recently for our wedding reception! I cannot recommend her enough. She was very professional and easy to work with seeing how I didn’t know anything about photography. Plus she was also easy-going, fun, and made taking photos enjoyable. Not to mention she really captured what I was going for. Highly recommend!

She was very communicative prior to the event and on the day of, she made us feel very comfortable throughout the day and made sure that we got all the shots that we wanted. Wendy is the BEST!!!! I don't even know where to begin to express how thrilled we are with our wedding photos and our entire experience with Wendy! She takes the time to make sure she knows exactly what you want and goes above and beyond to achieve that. Our photos turned out even more amazing than we could have ever imagined! Amazing!!!!
Wendy is the absolute greatest! Not only did Wendy captivate so many important aspects of our wedding day, but she was always on top of her game. She made sure to take pictures of everything I wanted and then so much more. On top of that, Wendy is all around an amazing person and she’s been super helpful and kind throughout the entire wedding process! Our wedding wouldn’t have been as amazing without her!
