Monica responded to us whenever we called, she was great until the actual day of our wedding. She was 45 min late and offered a discount because of her tardiness which I was accepting of. But what we were very unhappy with was how she rushed our ceremony. She kept asking my now husband when I was coming out and then proceeded to speak and read the script for our ceremony extremely fast. Felt horrible that our ceremony felt so rushed.
