The in-house catering service includes dedicated servers, hors d’oeuvres, dessert, and a cocktail reception. As for bar services, the venue offers an open bar option with a bartender, champagne toast for the head table, house beer, house liquor, house wine, premium liquor, signature drink, and specialty beer.
Accommodation The Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel offers 104 rooms and suites for guests to choose from. Guests have the option of choosing between two queen beds and a patio with a lake view, one king bed and a patio with a lake view, two queen beds and a view of the village, two queen beds and one pull out sofa sleeper, one king bed and a view of the village, one king bed in the admiral suite with a lakeside view, one king bed in the commodore suite with a lakeside view, and more! All rooms offer luxury designed pillow topped mattresses covered with 810 thread count linens and duvet cover, and down feather pillows.

I cannot say enough good things about the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel. To say that our Valentine's Day wedding was perfect is an understatement! Brittany and Heather and the staff of the hotel were amazing. No detail was too small and they made everything EASY. There was no hassle or stress, they handled everything so professionally and gracefully! I could not recommend them enough!

Perfect Winter Wedding!
We loved every aspect of our winter wedding at the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel. Brittany went above and beyond in making the day perfect. The staff was so welcoming and all our guests were very complimentary of the hotel accommodations and food and beverage experiences. It's clear the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel staff are experts at hosting weddings - the day was seamless and felt very stress-free. We highly recommend this location for weddings! (Tip: If available, rent one of the Harbor House villas for the bride's/groom's family! It's a beautiful property just across the parking lot with lots of space to get ready and host family).

Wedding planner is absolutely fantastic
Brittany, the wedding planner, was absolutely amazing. Her attention to detail and responsiveness made me feel so comfortable and confident with choosing this venue. She was amazing from start to finish and was always available to answer questions.
The food was absolutely amazing and cooked to perfection. My guests were extremely happy with their food and beverages!
The only complaint I have is about the late night staff, the hotel bar closed an hour earlier than planned/discussed and the staff kicked us out of the keuka room an hour hour earlier than planned/discussed. I’m sure if the wedding planner were present, she would have taken care of these mishaps, however it was late post-wedding so she had understandably gone home for the night. We made due and moved the party up to our suite which worked out fine.
Brittany is the best and I wouldn’t change my decision for the world. Every venue needs a Brittany!

Perfect Venue
We had an excellent experience with the Harbor Hotel. Brittany made planning a breeze, even with changing our date twice. She was always responsive and professional, and the rest of the staff was, too.
The accomodations were spectacular, and guests really enjoyed their time at the hotel, and in the surrounding area.
The food was excellent, and all staff were a pleasure to work with; I received so many compliments from our guests about the food and staff.
Thanks for making our day so special, we really could not have asked for a better reception experience.

Fantastic and easy
Fantastic from start to finish. Beautiful venue and helpful staff created the perfect day for us. Brittany made the planning process so easy and even though we had to change our date we never had any issues. The weekend of the wedding Dustin made sure everything was perfect for us. Everything was set up and cleaned up for us so we were able to just enjoy our weekend with friends and family. I highly recommend the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel for weddings!

The best day of our lives!
The staff was great, everybody had a smile on their face! The best man asked for a coffee, which hadn't been brewed yet, and 5 minutes later they brought him one! Our guests appreciated that they could get up and dance and the servers didn't take their dinner plate before they were done, like most places do. They brought our cards and gifts to our room and packed up all our decorations and had them ready to go by the end of the night. They made the day/night go smoothly and we appreciate each and every person that was involved!

Best Wedding Ever
Our daughter had her wedding at the Harbor Hotel and we couldn't be happier with the entire affair. The wedding was postponed from the prior year and the hotel was very flexible through all of those difficulties. The venue is beautiful inside and out. We planned an outdoor ceremony but the weather didn't work out and moving inside was seamless. We were however able to have cocktails and pictures outside and the outdoor lakefront area is beautiful. The ceremony venue was tastefully appointed and acoustically perfect for the live prelude and postlude music. In other words the best of both worlds. The wait staff was efficient. The food was outstanding. More than one guest commented, "my steak ranked up there amongst the best that I have ever had." Most importantly the staff including Brittany and Dustin were totally cooperative and responsive both in the lead up and on the day of the event itself, following through with every detail. We would give the hotel our highest recommendation without reservation.

Harbor Hotel Wedding of a Lifetime
Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel was the absolute best. The cocktail hour and reception were absolutely wonderful. The chef was fantastic, the service was unbelievable and Brittany Blair (the head planner) made sure our day was above and beyond our expectations. Brittany's attention to detail, her customer service and her overall demeanor made our day the absolute best, and the planning process so easy!!! I wish we could relive the day over and over. If you are considering this venue, I highly recommend it, there is not one thing I could say that was negative. The chef was amazing, the food was amazing. I am still hearing from our guests on how it was the best wedding meal they ever had! Everything was on time, everything was organized, the room looked unbelievable. Thank you to the whole staff at Harbor Hotel for making our day so so so special!!!

Gorgeous Setting
We got married at Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel last month. Our coordinator, Brittany, was fantastic. She was very responsive and sweet to work with! The venue itself is in a perfect location right on the lake. The sunsets there are incredible. The food was delicious; Chef Sean is very talented and accommodating! The hotel staff took care of all of the set up and tear down for the wedding which was a huge lift for us. The guest rooms are also very comfortable. We heard a lot of compliments from our guests about how nice everything was at the hotel and wedding. We also heard from multiple vendors that they've enjoyed working with Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel!

The PERFECT Wedding Venue!
My wife and I knew before we even were engaged that the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel is where we wanted to have our wedding reception. We had visited the hotel many times before our engagement and cannot say enough good things about the level of service, attention to detail, accommodations and the beauty of the hotel and surrounding area. When we began our wedding planning, Brittany, Heather and Stephanie at the hotel blew away even our highest expectations. From the first phone call to the day of our wedding, this event/wedding coordination team had every little detailed planned out with us and under control. They were so helpful at every step of the way, from vendor recommendations, to planning the cocktail hour and reception decorations, to the flow of our special day, this team was on top of every single thing we could think of and more. The staff did a fantastic job in transforming the Harbor Ballroom into the reception venue of our dreams; I also can’t leave out how delicious the hors d’oeuvres and dinner were! From start to finish, Brittany, Heather and Stephanie were there to make our wedding planning as simple as possible, there was absolutely no need to hire a separate wedding planner with this team. We cannot say enough about the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel, thank you for making our day perfect!

Absolutely a beautiful Venue, I loved photographing there ! First, the guests suites are bright and airy creating a lot of natural light, to capture beautiful getting ready shots, the lobby area with its warm and inviting fireplace makes for intimate bridal portraits. The bar area is charming with lots of woodwork. Then the patio... wow stunning area for a ceremony, it was a bit chilly when I was there, so the patio fireplaces were lit for the guests. The harbor with the sailboats ...what a great portrait backdrop!
Inside the ballroom the staff made sure everything was perfect, just as the bride had dreamed.
Wonderful staff to work with, being a "vendor" sometimes we are made to feel like 2nd class, but we were treated just as the guests ! Thank you ,
