We had a great experience with Waldenwoods. The entire staff is friendly, accommodating, and supportive. They helped us feel so prepared going into the big day. The venue is one of the most beautiful I had seen, and our guests were raving about the beauty, the food, and the overall atmosphere. Our wedding day ended up being so perfect, and I would recommend this venue again and again. I would love to attend a wedding here as a guest someday!Sent on 10/23/2018

Amazing with everything!
They’re so organized and super responsive making sure you’re on top of things as much as they are up until the moment you arrive for the big day. Their day-of planner, chefs, and entire staff were incredibly helpful and made it so that we didn’t have to worry one bit about any detail before the ceremony/reception started. I can’t recommend them enough. Waldenwoods services and staff are worth every penny.Sent on 08/01/2019

My husband and I just got married last Friday 12/14/18! We had both our ceremony and reception in the Cromaine Hall at Waldenwoods. It is such a beautiful venue and their service was phenomenal. Everyone was easy to work with, friendly, and quick to respond. We had everything we asked for and they were on top of everything, keeping things moving smoothly. They had people always accessible to help with anything we needed. All of the food we had was extremely tasty and that champagne was amazing! We received many compliments on the food, coffee, and the venue itself. Initially they seemed a little pricey but they include so much within their packages that in the long run they provided a better deal than many other places we considered and to us, they are well worth the price. We also booked the bridal room which I think was worth it as well, and it included lunch for up to 12 people which was definitely nice and needed lol. We absolutely would recommend Waldenwoods!Sent on 12/22/2018

We Love Waldenwoods! Beautiful venue in both the lodge and the tent. This venue brings character you dont see at most places, with lodging and the beautiful private lake as a backdrop it cant be beat. The director Anne is pleasant to work with and makes the details of the event flow smoothly. Her staff is professional and the service is top notch! We highly recommend Waldenwoods to all our clients.
When I think about performing wedding ceremonies, Waldenwoods comes to mind. For a long time now, a handful of couples a year have selected me to perform their marriage rites in ways that evoke who they are as distinct individuals, and who they are as a couple, who will forever pledge themselves one to the other. I digress... During those years everyone, Managers and Staff alike, have become my friends. "Friend". That's a word that gets thrown about pretty casually. 'I'm their "friend" on social websites.' (Even though I've never actually met them.) I didn't want my post to be interpreted that way so I looked up the definition of the word "friend". Here's what it said: "noun 1. a person attached to another by feelings of affection or personal regard. 2. a person who gives assistance. 3.a person who is on good terms with another." The word "friend" fits perfectly. Now, if you have read this far you must be curious, and perhaps even be searching for a venue for your event. Of course, it must be beautiful and have a sense of history about it. Good food and great service is essential. A HUGH plus, and the most difficult to find, is a group...a team...where every member puts out their personal best because they care about you. Waldenwoods is that place; are those people. Trust them. They'll become you friends, too.
Waldenwoods is a gorgeous wedding venue! I highly recommend it to any couples who love nature and who also love classy beautiful buildings because Waldenwoods is the perfect mix plus it's gorgeous, warm and cozy inside with lots of natural light and beautiful lights up year round. Great food, great staff, and great experiences there time and time again!
