Hellenic Cultural Center is a banquet hall wedding venue located in Westland, Michigan. This newly renovated banquet facility has been serving the local community since 1983. Since every couple is unique, this venue works to customize an event that suits your individual style, taste, and customs. In addition to the Westland, Wisconsin area, this venue also serves couples in Detroit and Flint, Michigan.
Facilities and Capacity
Striving to be the preferred venue in the area, Hellenic Cultural Center recently underwent a transformation to update their event spaces. These spaces feature a neutral decor that can fit any wedding theme. Event spaces include three elegant ballrooms, Hall A, Hall B, and Hall C, and feature opulent crystal chandeliers and a private dressing area. The ballrooms come with state-of-the-art mobile banquet equipment, a bar, dance floor, projector, and screen. Couples who wish to wed outdoors can utilize the cultural centers grassy knoll with a beautiful gazebo.

This grand event space offers complete packages that include a bridal suite, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and tables. The venue can provide an event planner to assist in planning your special day. Their goal is to help you create memories that will last a lifetime. In addition to wedding ceremonies and receptions, this venue is available to host bridal showers and engagement parties. Hellenic Cultural Center offers the following services:

Working to meet your unique needs, the catering staff at Hellenic Cultural Center offers extensive menu selections or will work with you to create a customized menu that complements your personality, wedding, and budget. Their menu was created to accommodate a variety of weddings, traditions, and taste buds. Couples may choose from three packages, the Classic Reception Package, Elite Reception Package, and Traditional Buffet Package. Menus include salad, appetizers, pasta, entree, choice of potato and a vegetable, and dessert. Some entree choices include sliced sirloin of beef with mushroom sauce, beef pepper steak, and meatballs with marinara sauce. Interested couples may include an open bar with their reception meal. Bar services include:

10/10 Venue Experience - Would Recommend!!
The space is warm, inviting, and beautiful. The food is incredible, and weeks later, our guests are STILL talking about it. There was also a bridal suite and groom room on site, which was the perfect place for us all to convene for hair and makeup during the morning of the wedding. Best of all, the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating!
There's so many details that other venues told us they would charge for, that the Hellenic Cultural Center included for us, which made the process so seamless! From providing decor (like hurricane vases and plate chargers) to working with outside decorators to create the space of our dreams to having a professional serving/bar staff, the Hellenic Cultural Center had everything we needed. We can't thank them enough for making the wedding of our dreams come true!
Marlee helped immensely throughout the entire process by answering our thousands of questions over email, to helping on the actual big day. She was instrumental in bringing our vision to life. We are just so, so grateful to her and the whole team!!
