My wife and I, chose Vision Event Co. as they were a preferred vendor of our venue. We questioned whether or not we needed a planner, or if we did - how long did we need the planner/coordinator (day of? 3-month? Full-time?). We decided on the 3-month as our justification was that we wanted to know our coordinator more than just a few weeks before the day of our event. At first, we were skeptical of allowing a stranger into our planning, would we be a match of styles? Would they appreciate all of the DIY creations my wife had taken on, or would they simply want us to spend more? Would we simply like the person? But very quickly we realized how GREAT this company is. We were assigned Laura and what an absolute gem of a planner, coordinator, and truly an overall A+ person. From the first meeting to all of our late night texts, nit-picking, and outlandish ideas - Laura handled EVERYTHING with class and grace and made wedding planning so much easier than what everyone says it can be. A week before, we had our final call, and Laura said "now its time to relax" - and although that was nearly impossible, her message was simple - "Stop worrying - WE GOT THIS". And that message carried to the day of our wedding. From the beginning of the day, handling the nerves and "herding the cats" - Laura and her colleagues Katie and Grace were expectational. They handled VIPs, our rambunctious bridal party, and the other vendors perfectly. Most importantly - they handled our DIY set up, EXACTLY how we wanted it. Laura and her team made it felt like they truly cared about our wedding, while simultaneously not taking over in a way to is hard to describe - they were not overbearing, or in front of our faces constantly as you often hear planners/coordinators can be - they were PERFECT. Laura is an amazing planner - we can't thank her enough for helping our wedding day come to life! She is a wonderful positive person to work with and extremely detail oriented. We had check ins every couple weeks to go over any items to our timeline. She would answer all of our questions and send over summaries of what we had discussed. She really grounded us from what could have been an overwhelming amount of information for planning a wedding. Instead we were very excited and looking forward to it the whole way through! Day of the wedding, we had a change of plans due to the weather and had to move the ceremony and dancing indoors. But everything was so seamless with her coordination. We were so happy and wouldn't have changed anything. It was our biggest pleasure and luck for us to have worked with Laura.

Daniela and the team at Vision were absolutely crucial in making our wedding everything we wanted and more. We hired vision for partial planning including vendor recommendations and I truly don't know what we would have done without them. Our venue (The Knockdown Center) was very much a blank slate, and Vision helped us choose the right team of vendors and coordinate with all those vendors to help transform the space into the look and feel we were going for on our big day. From helping to plan out the floor plan, to helping guide our conversations with vendors based on their experience, they were with us every step of the way.

There was no request or idea (not matter how last minute) that was met with anything other than thoughts on how to make it happen. I wanted to surprise my Bride with a Jello-O shot during our wedding portraits (we met over one in 2018), Vision says great, we'll coordinate with the photographer to make this happen. I brought up, less than a week before the wedding the idea of having chilled towels on the dance-floor after a rowdy Hora- they said 'love this idea, we'll grab a couple trays and make it happen'.

From the day we started working with their team, to the last hour of our wedding, Vision Event was with us EVERY step of the way. The entire team went above and beyond. When we first started the planning process, the Vision Team organized a zoom with us and provided a comprehensive portal which listed every task we had to do and by what day we had to complete each task (they think of EVERYTHING). They also attended venue visits, zoom calls with our band, etc. The weeks leading up to the wedding they called EVERY vendor and made sure they knew exactly when each vendor was coming to the venue. We didn't have to deal with one vendor in those final weeks leading up to the wedding (which is crucial)! The day of the wedding they kept us on a schedule to ensure we did not miss anything. They went up to the bridal suite hundreds of times and they were always an ear shot away throughout the night - making sure we were well fed and hydrated. We cannot recommend them ENOUGH. The Vision Team is truly a necessity - they make sure that you actually can enjoy your wedding and not get bogged down in the details.

There are no words to describe how vital Daniela and her team were to our wedding day. Not only did they help us navigate a venue change, but they took total control in the months leading up to the wedding and handled all of details so we did not have to worry.
