Fantastic experience with Vibrant Table

Vibrant Table provided the most incredible catering for our wedding! From start to finish, their team was professional, attentive, and truly passionate about delivering an unforgettable dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious—beautifully presented, perfectly seasoned, and raved about by all of our guests. Every dish was crafted with care, and the flavors were out of this world! Many guests told us it was the best wedding food they've ever had. They accommodated all dietary needs seamlessly and went above and beyond to make our day perfect. The service was excellent and very attentive. Cam was our coordinator and really fantastic to work with. She thought of every detail and was very helpful in working with our budget. We highly recommend Vibrant Table for your wedding or event!

Delicious start to finish

We had to plan an event in Portland remotely and found Vibrant Table through our venue (Black Door PDX - also highly recommend). They were very responsive, even though the middle of the pandemic, and helped us to pick a menu for our event remotely. They delivered the food on time with a beautiful setup. Everything from the meat skewers to the blueberry dessert was cooked perfectly and presented well. Their staff was professional in person as well as via e-mails. High recommend them for any event you are hosting.

Delicious Food and Great Service

Auriana, Sam, and the Vibrant Table Catering team at The Loft were excellent! The food was delicious and the VT Catering team was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. Even little questions were quickly answered with clear details. On our wedding day the servers and bartenders were very professional and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend them for your next event!

Go with VT and never look back!

Working with VT was a joy. Colleen and Josh are detail-oriented, trustworthy, and responsive. We had a large wedding - 270 people - and the entire event went off without a hitch. We had hors d'euvres passed around during a cocktail hour and a buffet dinner. We also had a second caterer provide some food, and although there is a fee per guest to do this, in hindsight it was well worth it; VT took care of all the coordination with them, and the food from both caterers was excellent. VT has some amazing food, and our guests were raving about the raspberry-braised pork - so good!

While designing the details of the wedding ceremony and reception with them, we genuinely felt that they were on our side, helping us when we needed to cut costs, and coming up with new ideas when we asked for them. During stressful or busy times, they were quick, detailed, and positive in their responses which made the process way more enjoyable We'd recommend Colleen and her team at Vibrant Table to anyone looking for an outstanding caterer to partner with.

We had our wedding at a location that required us to choose from a select list of vendors for catering. Vibrant Table was one of those vendors and I could not have been more pleasantly surprised at their service. From start to finish their event planners were so friendly, open and eager to help with planning. The food was PHENOMENAL. We had the chicken marsala and pork as our entrees and everyone loved it! The NW salad was fantastic, the seasonal veggies were amazing. Everything was good. The staff was also awesome. From our planner, to the day of staff, everyone was so happy to be there and eager to please. We had a bar set up and the bartender was an absolute hoot. All our guests had great things to say about the staff. I really truly appreciate that as food is very important to us :D I know it can make or break and experience. I had people chasing me down with food and drinks all night to make sure I had something during such a hectic day. Thank you guys so much!

We used Vibrant Table for our wedding at Lewis & Clark and we could not have asked for a better team. Colleen and the entire crew made our wedding seamless. The food was delicious, the wait staff was friendly and responsive, and the set up was perfect. We didn't have to worry about a thing. VT also worked with us to arrange for late-night Poplandia popcorn snacks which was a big hit. I cannot recommend them enough for their professionalism, friendliness, and delicious food and beverage options. They are worth every penny.

Vibrant Table handled the food and flowers for our April 2018 wedding at Castaway. Kathryn and Colleen were great as we laid out the menu and were responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. Most importantly, the food was delicious and everything ran well day-of.

Madeline helped us find our vision with flowers and we ended up with the most beautiful chuppah and greenery/lighting that was exactly what we were looking for.

We really enjoyed working with Vibrant Table and appreciated having a one-stop shop for food and decor. Their excellent taste showed through our wedding and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

I absolutely loved working with the VT group for my wedding at the Exchange Ballroom. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We did a Buffet that included pork ribs, salmon, baked beans, seasonal vegetables and potato salad. Everyone was obsessed. Meg and Meghan helped me plan everything and were super easy to work with. They made helpful suggestions the entire time and were not judgmental at all when I decided not to do something that was out of my budget. I would hire them again in a heart beat for any event I was having in Portland.
