Courtney said “yes” to all of Carolina’s ideas, changes, and updates, always finding creative ways to stay within our budget without compromising the vision. Despite many adjustments along the way, the actual wedding day turned out even better than we had imagined.
The weather was unpredictable, but Courtney went above and beyond to ensure the ceremony could take place outside, just as our daughter had dreamed. Her team was incredible—gracious, helpful, and cheerful throughout, even when moving chairs and flowers multiple times to adapt to the changing conditions.
Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the food—the buffet was absolutely delicious, and the service was flawless. We are so grateful to Courtney and the entire TCO team for helping create such a joyful and memorable day for our family.

As it got closer to the wedding day and as a Bride, she handled big and small details so I could truly relax and enjoy my big day. Courtney put a lot of work and effort into making the day of as smooth as it could be – from the outside looking in – it was a perfect operation. During the planning stages Courtney offered such great design ideas such as what linens and colors to us, place settings, table layout, recommended fabulous vendors etc. and helped me plan a beautiful dream wedding! I could not say enough good things about Courtney and everything she gave us. Throughout the year long process of planning the full catering, rentals, and day of planning for our wedding she was incredibly patient, thorough, collaborative, knowledgeable, and funny! She is very professional, and you can tell she really cares and loves what she does. There were so many little things she thought of that made our day go smoothly/lives easier. She gave us insightful advice on some of the bigger decisions as well. She was always available to answer questions and went above and beyond to provide recommendations and guidance.
