Courtney said “yes” to all of Carolina’s ideas, changes, and updates, always finding creative ways to stay within our budget without compromising the vision. Despite many adjustments along the way, the actual wedding day turned out even better than we had imagined.
The weather was unpredictable, but Courtney went above and beyond to ensure the ceremony could take place outside, just as our daughter had dreamed. Her team was incredible—gracious, helpful, and cheerful throughout, even when moving chairs and flowers multiple times to adapt to the changing conditions.
Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the food—the buffet was absolutely delicious, and the service was flawless. We are so grateful to Courtney and the entire TCO team for helping create such a joyful and memorable day for our family.

Courtney is phenomenal! 10 out of 10 recommend. I hired Courtney Hildebrand as my wedding planner and she was an absolute gem! As it got closer to the wedding day and as a Bride, she handled big and small details so I could truly relax and enjoy my big day. Courtney put a lot of work and effort into making the day of as smooth as it could be – from the outside looking in – it was a perfect operation. During the planning stages Courtney offered such great design ideas such as what linens and colors to us, place settings, table layout, recommended fabulous vendors etc. and helped me plan a beautiful dream wedding! I trusted Courtney on such an important day because she has the expertise and experience within the wedding industry, also experience within my wedding venue to plan and coordinate my wedding. I could not say enough good things about Courtney and everything she gave us. Throughout the year long process of planning the full catering, rentals, and day of planning for our wedding she was incredibly patient, thorough, collaborative, knowledgeable, and funny! She is very professional, and you can tell she really cares and loves what she does. There were so many little things she thought of that made our day go smoothly/lives easier. She gave us insightful advice on some of the bigger decisions as well. She was always available to answer questions and went above and beyond to provide recommendations and guidance. I would hire Courtney and TCO again in a heartbeat and if you have the opportunity to work with them, you should without hesitation.

Courtney is beyond amazing! A couple years ago we went to a wedding that was planned by Courtney. After seeing how flawless and beautiful the wedding was, we knew we wanted her for our special day.

Courtney is the best! She made the stressful planning experience easy and enjoyable. Courtney was absolutely amazing to work with. She was so in tune with our specific needs and made us feel so taken care of and special. During go time, she was somehow on every little detail at once, while also celebrating with us. She was also very organized and easy to work with during the entire planning process. We love her!!

I cannot recommend Courtney more, I wish I could give her more than 5 stars! We got married a few weeks ago in Charlottesville, and working with Courtney was a dream. It ended up raining right before/during the ceremony (which was supposed to be outside) but Courtney transitioned to the rain plan seamlessly and the ceremony was absolutely perfect. It put us at ease knowing that Courtney was running the show the day-of, and we were able to truly enjoy the day. We had friends and family comment on how smoothly the day went and we owe that 100% to Courtney. If you're thinking about getting a coordinator, Courtney is the person for the job, our wedding would not have been the same without her running the show.

I wish I could give six stars to Courtney for my experience. She was simply the best and MVP. I knew of her through my mother in law and The Catering Outfit and I'm so happy that we hired her for our day. She was fantastic at helping me think through some of the planning details as we got closer to the event providing her vast experience with weddings and vendors in the area to advise on timeline.
As we came to the event and watched the weather she was the Queen of flexibility and talking through options A-F in terms of rain and location and pivoting. She was always calm and collected which helped me know that no matter what everything would be perfect. She helped us stay super flexible and be ready when the weather broke right at the time of the ceremony so we could have it outside. I appreciated Courtney's reminders on the events of the evening, to stay hydrated, have fun, and Couldn't ask for a better moment then when she re-bustled me into my dress with zip-tied to ensure that I could dance all night.
I would recommend Courtney for any bride around She was simply the best.

I can't say enough good things about Courtney! I'm certain my wedding wouldn't have been as perfect as it was without her! I learned of her wedding planning services after I hired her and The Catering Outfit as our caterer. She was our point of contact for our food and drink menus, and I quickly secured her as our wedding planner after I saw how easy and reliable she was to work with. She was always willing and available to answer my many questions, and change things around as I frequently do. She was super accommodating to us postponing our wedding because of COVID, and I feel like we developed a friendship over the two years of working together. When my wedding day finally came, I didn't have a worry in the world because I knew Courtney was in charge and I was meant to just enjoy my day. Do yourself a favor and hire Courtney as your wedding planner; you won't be disappointed!!
