They are fantastic! I reached out to them needing some bridal accessories ASAP, leaving for my destination wedding in about a week. They responded to my email within minutes. They sent the items the next day (Friday) and I received them in beautiful condition, in beautiful packaging on Saturday. I bought a Twigs and Honey dress through BHLDN to wear for my wedding. As the date got closer and I started working out all the other details to go with my dress, I realized the front and back of the dress somehow didn't align as they should. By then, BHLDN no longer carried the dress and weren't able to help me. I reached out to Twigs & Honey customer service hoping there might be some way they could help. Myra Callan responded to me almost immediately and was extremely patient and helpful as I tried to explain the problem. She ended up offering to send me a new dress in exchange for the one I had, even though I didn't buy the original from Twigs & Honey directly. Myra kept in touch with me throughout the process, the new dress arrived quickly, and it's perfect! I can't say enough great things about this company- their pieces are beautiful, they 100% stand behind the quality of their work, and the customer service exceeded my expectations.
