Wow. The food provided by Faro was absolutely AMAZING. Everyone loved it. No question that this is some of the best Italian food (and we even had a buffet) you will ever have the pleasure to eat. Not only was the food delicious, but also Faro was very flexible, listened to me, kept in contact with me, and just did everything he could to ensure that his catering would turn out just the way I wanted it to. Also the tasting was really fun (not to mention mouth-watering). Overall, I completely recommend Trupiano's Italian Bistro for any catering you might need.

We are SO glad we picked Trupiano's Italian Bistro for our Rehearsal Dinner. Faro the owner was so great to us. He took the time to meet with us on several occasions in order to help us select our menu. We had a private menu for our quests to choose from (all of which selections we got to sample before hand). The quality of service and food were amazing. All of our guest kept saying how good their food was. Trupiano's is no "Olive Garden", the food here is authentic! We definitely want to find time in the future to come back to Trupiano's for dinner! It's worth it! It's also really close to the Grand Tradition Estate where we had our wedding rehearsal. It may take a day or two to receive a response when corresponding in email, but this restaurant is worth the wait.

We held our wedding dinner at Trupiano’s and I am so glad we did. From the beginning, we knew that we did not want all the typical traditions of normal wedding receptions. We wanted to feed everyone great food, have solid drinks and enjoy a semi-casual dinner with our close family and friends. We had about 45 people and Faro closed the restaurant for us. My main goal was to have great food that our guests would talk about even after the wedding. Faro and his crew blew everyone away. I still have people telling me, almost 1 month later, about how amazing the food was and their favorite parts of the meal. The stars of the buffet dinner were the coconut shrimp, farfalle pasta, tri-tip w/avocado chimichurri sauce and the raspberry cheesecake. They were also very flexible with special requests. We had a few picky kids that were able to get chicken tenders or mac-n-cheese and a vegetarian that ended up being full and satisfied. The service was also spot-on and we could not have asked for a better location for our wedding dinner. If you are in the area for lunch/dinner or looking for someone to cater an event, Trupiano’s is definitely the way to go.
