Mike at Triple Fresh catered both my rehearsal dinner and the reception at The Yellow House of Willowdale in Kennett Square and he did a fantastic job. He was very responsive, flexible, and always pleasant to me and my parents and in-laws. He and his crew took charge and made everything happen smoothly. The food was delicious and the displays were gorgeous. The selection on the catering menu was vast and we were able to fully customize our feasts. Mike at Triple Fresh Saved the day! Just about a month before our wedding we fired our original caterer for many many reasons... My wedding planner had worked recently worked with Triple Fresh before and recommended them to us. They were available, very flexible, and fit in our budget.

We nailed out a menu within a few short phone conversations and were off and running. Our venue was very difficult as far as caterering was considered. We didn't use a tradition venue, so TF brought their entire kitchen to us! Also, TF assisted in venue setup and breakdown, since our venue did not come with this.

The overall service was fantastic, staff was on top of our every need. Food was excellent and our guests had such a great time. The whole package provided by TF was superb. I would totally recommend them to anyone else and certainly use them again!

I am a wedding planner as well as a bride. I have used Triple Fresh for many weddings for my brides and I always recommend them... I am using them for my own wedding. My father also used them for his wedding last May (2012).

I am always more than pleased with the quality of service Michael and Brian provide. They are responsive to questions, very flexible with last minute changes, and the food is always delicious.

I will speak about my dad's wedding in particular because their level of service went above and beyond the 5 stars allowed. I was also a guest at this wedding so I was able to get the full experience.

To start, my dad and now-wife wanted everything to be fully customizable by each guest to due to the diverse crowd. Chef Brian recommended a pasta bar and a mashed potato bar to give every guest a meal they chose themselves. Everything was delicious and many guests raved about the pasta bar in particular.

The venue where the wedding was held went through a complete renovation just before the wedding day. The completion date was moved closer and closer to the wedding, making everyone very nervous. We had to change the walk-through date several times and Michael was more than accommodating to that fact.

During the final walkthrough (6 days pre-wedding) the kitchen was still not completed. While I'm sure this would make any caterer very upset and unsure about the quality of service they could provide, Michael held his cool and made a plan B to actually cook out of the back of his trucks because it seemed as though there wouldn't be another option.

The kitchen ended up being finished in time, but my dad was a nervous wreck leading up to the day because of the kitchen. Michael kept in constant contact with him to say that everything would be fine either way.

My company has worked with Triple Fresh doing tiny backyard weddings of just appetizers, as well as weddings with insane amounts of food. Everything is always wonderful.
