I bought my dress from the Marquette location and Michelle and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing. I was living out of town at the time so I always had to pack a lot into each visit and they were so accommodating and helpful, I would not have been able to get everything done otherwise. Michelle kept the store open late one night so I could try on dresses (which was actually when I found my dress), they dropped my shoes off at my parents house after getting them dyed to match, and did the alterations the week before my wedding since I hadn't been able to make another trip up there after my dress had come in. On top of all that Michelle came out to our ceremony site the mrning of the wedding to help me get into my dress, then also helped coordinate all the other last minute problems and details that had inevitably cropped up. My dress was less expensive at Trillium than any other shop I'd seen, alterations were also reasonable, and the staff was helpful and friendly every single time I was in the store, but all the extra effort they put in above and beyond the normal call of duty really made a difference in my wedding and I cannot thank them enough for that.
