History
Treetops Resort was built in the 1950s as a ski resort with the first lift tickets sold for $3.00 a day. In the 1980s, the venue was expanded beyond just a ski resort when a world-renowned architect designed the championship golf course that, in 2001, saw Lee Trevino sink a hole-in-one on hole #7, nicknamed “High Five”, earning him a million-dollar prize. The resort has undergone renovations in recent years and will continue to be beautified and updated as they progress in the future.
