Harbor View Ballroom
Located on the second floor, the Harbor View Ballroom is an airy, light-filled space designed for a seamless reception experience. Expansive windows bring in natural light and frame the waterfront, while glass doors open to a private balcony terrace overlooking the harbor. The layout feels open and inviting, accommodating up to 280 guests with plenty of room for dining, dancing, and celebration.
Waterside Room
Just beside the ballroom, the Waterside Rooms offer a versatile extension that can be combined for additional space or used on their own. Best Day Ever
Elizabeth was absolutely wonderful to work with, as she answered all my questions and many emails leading up to the day. Everything we talked about and included in the wedding packet was provided and looked absolutely stunning. The team effortlessly coordinated with our vendors, and provided a preferred vendors list, which was extremely helpful. They even recommended drivers for us to get to the church for the ceremony and back to the Inn. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful to us and all of our guests.
We are still dreaming of our perfect day, and we can't wait to visit and eat outside at Planks Tavern with views of the Harbor.
Another reason we chose the Inn at Harbor Shores is that we loved that we have a special place to visit on our anniversaries.

The venue itself was stunning and provided a picturesque backdrop for our celebration. The team at the Inn at Harbor Shores worked tirelessly to make sure everything ran smoothly, from setting up the decor to coordinating with other vendors. Their professionalism and dedication did not go unnoticed, and we were grateful for their hard work.
While there were a few minor details that were neutral, such as the timing of the event schedule, overall, our experience was overwhelmingly positive. The team's communication was clear and prompt, making the planning process much easier for us. We felt supported and heard throughout the entire journey, from our initial inquiries to the day of the wedding.
In terms of negative aspects, there were some limitations on customization options for the decor, which was a bit disappointing. However, the team at the Inn at Harbor Shores did their best to work within these constraints and still create a beautiful atmosphere for our special day.
Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding. The staff's dedication and the venue's beauty truly set the stage for a day we will never forget. We highly recommend the Inn at Harbor Shores to any couple looking for a magical and memorable wedding experience.

Location, location, location... this place is close the the most beautiful beach in all of Southwest Michigan (Tiscornia Park) it's also one of the only venues in Southwest Michigan that's literally ON the water! If you're looking for a modern venue with a view of the water you have to check out the Inn at Harbor Shores!
Harbor Shores is the perfect place for your wedding reception! The room is elegant and lends itself to a variety of color palettes and design aesthetics. Lots of natural light and very convenient for guests who are traveling from out of town and at staying at the Inn. The staff is great and their food is delicious. A great one stop shop for venue, catering, and bar services! Highly recommended!
