Heron Events = beautiful lighting

Heron Events was outstanding to work with - professional, great communication, willing to listen to our ideas and presented his ideas very clearly. The outdoor wedding lighting he provided was beautiful, magical and allowed our guests to walk (and roll - wheelchair) safely through a historic garden venue (Haywood Hall). Lighting that defined the event

We used Heron Events for our wedding in October 2024. We had a big vision for having a lot of light involved, and wow, did they deliver on it. They worked with me and my coordinator to create a floor to ceiling aisle of light for the ceremony - a true stunner - and a light tunnel for the dinner outside on the lawn. Our wedding would not have been the same without the lights, and Heron was clearly the best choice for realizing the vision we had in our heads. The lights only got more stunning as evening fell and we had the light tunnel AND the lights in the carriage house from the ceremony behind us. I tried to add images before and after the sun set so you can see their amazing work in both settings

Gym wedding made beautiful!

Rick, at Total Production Services turned the fellowship hall and chapel at my church into a beautiful, soft, and dream-like wedding wonderland. He listened carefully to me. He advised me when it was appropriate and helped me get the most bang for my buck. Every person who came into the reception said that they felt like they had been transported into a different place. The changes were stunning. Rick and his team showed up on time, every time. They installed and broke down everything as promised. The strict building codes were adhered to and I got all of my deposit back. Rick's skills, dedication, and talents came together with my dreams for soft, beautiful, and glamorous site for my baby girl's wedding. Thank you so much to Rick and his crew! Fabulous job!!

The lighting for the wedding was perfect. The ceremony room was a conference room and with the soft lighting, the room was transformed into a warm and intimate setting. The outside terrace was strung with market lights which were bright and festive. Great job!

Lighting was actually one of the last things that my husband and I decided to add to our wedding ceremony and reception, and let me tell you, we are SO glad that we made that decision! Working with Rick was great. Our wedding was a Prestonwood Country Club and he knew exactly what lights should be where and even had some inside tips regarding the cake lighting that he shared with us. I admit that I originally did not think lighting was a must for us, but I am not kidding when I say it made a world of difference at our ceremony and even more so at our reception!

I just want to let you know how very pleased I was with all your work on the lighting for my daughter's wedding reception. It looked just beautiful, and having your lighting instead of the overheads was so important. My friends who were there for set-up were very impressed with you all and how hard you worked on placement and filters to to make everything right--it was perfect.

The lighting at our venue was fantastic! We had an indoor venue with a lot of windows that provided light from outside during the early evening, yet we needed additional indoor lighting at night. They were able to provide the right amount of light throughout the evening that was very flattering and set a wonderful mood.
