Heron Events was outstanding to work with - professional, great communication, willing to listen to our ideas and presented his ideas very clearly. The outdoor wedding lighting he provided was beautiful, magical and allowed our guests to walk (and roll - wheelchair) safely through a historic garden venue (Haywood Hall). I contacted Raleigh Wrought Iron, Co. to create a custom altar / awning / backdrop for our ceremony. I wanted them to create some sort of circular wrought iron piece with scroll work for us to get married in front of. They worked with me to make my vision into a drawing. They were very helpful in making sure the design was fitted to my venue. Once they delivered the piece to the venue, I realized the piece was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. I highly recommend checking our their website raleighiron .com and giving them a call if you need a unique piece for your wedding. I have already recommended them to my sister in law, and she is going to use them for a custom wrought iron wedding cake table and a custom ceremony wrought iron arch.

My (now) husband and I wanted to have a unique rehearsal dinner/welcome party for our wedding guests. Karaoke! And thankfully we found the absolute best in the business to make it happen! Daniel Kelly at Raleigh Event Production (NC Karaoke) made all of our karaoke dreams come true! He was extremely helpful, from start to finish, quick to respond to emails, and was just a joy to work with. He arrived early, set the equipment up while we were able to enjoy our guests, gave the best tutorial, and came back at the end of the night to break it all down. Our friends and family couldn't stop talking about how much fun they had and it was truly the perfect start to our wedding weekend. I have a strong feeling we'll be going back to Daniel for more karaoke fun in the future!

The chalk wall at our wedding was one of the most special details. Austin went above and beyond with our vision and created a stunning piece of art for us. It was a perfect way to express who we are as a couple and where we come from! My husband and I both cried when we saw it, and it was moving to see our guests take it in. Austin was communicative, responsive, and so kind. Can't recommend him and his art enough!

Vivian has been wonderful to work with. She was eager to hear out my vision to make it a reality. Her exact words were, "I think I am more excited about your vision than you are"– what a dream to hear from an event planner and decorator! She is very professional, experienced, and well-respected among the community of event planners/vendors. She also has been responsive and made herself available to me throughout the planning process. I had the pleasure of touring my venue with her and hearing other vendors around, who have worked with her, sing her praises. She "makes it happen" and is resourceful. I cannot wait to see what we do with my upcoming wedding!
