Good Work for A Last-minute Mixup
The decor was nice. Aseelah worked with us when we had a venue change a week before the wedding, for which I am very grateful. I ordered a wedding arch, burlap runner, and my bouquet. We didn't end up needing the arch since the venue changed but I ended up having to substitute something for it because I wasn't allowed to change anything and still had to pay the original price; read your contract well and make 110% sure you want what you want and nothing is going to change. She did flowers on the sides of the chairs in place of the arch. They weren't what I wanted but were nice enough. My bouquet was absolutely stunning! That was the best thing that came out of this experience. We are in the middle of a pandemic so I'm appreciative of the help we received.Sent on 09/01/2020

Initially accepting your project just 9 days before you day was a bit challenging but to have a complete change in venue, color change for bouquet as well as not only a complete change in decor just five days prior to your day and indecisiveness of exactly what you wanted made this project almost impossible. You left your new design totally up to us and we did our very best to accommodate your very small budget, in fact we took this with no profit, hearing the short notice “panic” in our initial conversation to pull this together for your special day. Adhering to a contract is how we are able to keep order and efficiency in our business although we did make many changes to accommodate you. Reading and understanding the contract protects both you as the client as well as our business. I am very proud of my team for this short notice project, they where present at the venue waiting and where even asked to decide for themselves where you wanted to have the actual ceremony which is outside of their scope as well as helping to set up. We wish you and your new groom the best in your marriage, health and prosperity.
