I am photographer and have a chance to work with lots of Wedding Coordinators. Ilene and her sister did a fantastic job on a wedding I photographed at St Regis Hotel. The event was beautiful and I know that Ilene went above and beyond to negotiate the best deals for the bride and provide all the best opportunities for the day.

Tops Party Events was priceless! These ladies provided ideas and dreams and the means to make them come true. Their help from beginning to end made the entire event an EVENT! Ilene and Juanita listened and supported me all the way! Their wedding toast and cake was a magnificent display for my modest party and all my guest complimented the beauty of it all. We could write a novel about how great the experience was working with Juanita Topol. But to summarize, here are the top 3 things that we enjoyed about her the most, and ultimately, why we would recommend her to ANY of our closest friends and family:
1. Juanita was incredibly responsive to our many questions via phone call and email. She was always positive with a happy “how can I help you” attitude. 2. Juanita was a wealth of knowledge, she has an unbelievably great ability to provide you with summarized information that gives you just the right level of detail to understand, feel comfortable, and make a decision on the spot. 3. When you work with Juanita, you will quickly realize that she knows the wedding planning process and vendor information like the back of her hand. On the big day, my husband and I really felt like the day was absolutely perfect. If things went wrong, we didn’t know about it, Juanita handled it! The wedding day was extremely relaxed and stress free! Juanita’s timeline was executed to near perfection. She would just casually come to us, and tell us what we needed to do, and we would do the action needed. All of her vendors were amazing.
