I am photographer and have a chance to work with lots of Wedding Coordinators. Ilene and her sister did a fantastic job on a wedding I photographed at St Regis Hotel. The event was beautiful and I know that Ilene went above and beyond to negotiate the best deals for the bride and provide all the best opportunities for the day. -

Tops Party Events was priceless! These ladies provided ideas and dreams and the means to make them come true. Their help from beginning to end made the entire event an EVENT! Ilene and Juanita listened and supported me all the way! Their wedding toast and cake was a magnificent display for my modest party and all my guest complimented the beauty of it all. The detail and service was so special and personal, I was so blessed to have them with me. Thank you seems so insignificant. -

Tops Party Events was the 'it' factor. They are 'in-the-know' about current trends and colors and design, they were very sweet and easy to work with. Their creativity is something only certain people are born with (just full of great ideas that made our day unique). They were very helpful and relentless on finding the perfect solutions. The ladies were always reassuring at every turn. There are so many details and decisions in planning a wedding and we were so overwhelmed - so that all of their assistance was greatly appreciated. We trusted them with their ideas and their abilities to do all our decorations and floral arrangements. They were very affordable. We would recommend using Tops Party Events from start to finish on your Wedding plans or even for a birthday or graduation or holiday party. We will definitely call them on our first future get-togethers.

To whom it may concern:
We’d like everyone to know that Tops Party Events did a great job planning my best friend Carl & Danielle Kremer’s Wedding.
My girlfriend and I were part of the Wedding Party and we were walked through every step of the day. There were many of us in the bridal party, and at times we were getting a little unruly. Yet the planners were very professional and organized. They had a knack on keeping everyone focused and in line and the whole day went seamlessly.
The cocktail hour was excellent and the reception area was absolutely beautiful. No detail was spared.
We're sure that thanks to these ladies our friends were able to enjoy their special day!!!!

By hiring Juanita for “Day of Coordination”, we were able to fully enjoy our wedding day! She took care of any and all last minute glitches that occurred, helped look after our guests, and made sure that my husband and I had the wedding of our dreams. Juanita is extremely personable, responsible, and organized. My advice for those thinking of hiring her is to JUST DO IT! You will be so happy that you did. I know we are. -

Because of Juanita I had a truly stress-free wedding day! Originally I thought that my "simple" Queens wedding did not require the services of a wedding planner. After hearing nightmare stories from newly married friends, I soon realized that I could either do everything myself, or I could actually enjoy my wedding day. Juanita had so many wonderful ideas that I had never even considered. She managed to coordinate our DREAM wedding in a highly professional, relaxed and stress-free manner. She was extremely organized and professional She has great taste, vendor selection and is extremely responsive. She pays attention to all details big and small. When the wedding day came she tended to every last detail, both planned and unplanned. The next day my family couldn't stop talking about how helpful she was. The best thing we did was to hire her. I can't imagine what the day would have been like without her!

I attended Carl & Danielle Kremer’s Wedding as a Groomsmen on Aug. 18, 2012 at the Fairmont Hotel in Newport Beach, CA. and I felt I needed to write this testimonial. Amazing, amazing job! The Wedding Planner that was used is very talented in this industry and this was reflected from all the very brilliant and creative ideas. As my date so eloquently put it, “it was sheer elegance.” The room was extremely beautiful. The Wedding Planner also made sure we were guided every step of the way by making sure the timeline she had given us was executed without a hitch. Glad we met her and saw her at work, because we wouldn’t think twice about hiring her to do our Wedding Planning when our time comes. -

We could write a novel about how great the experience was working with Juanita Topol. But to summarize, here are the top 3 things that we enjoyed about her the most, and ultimately, why we would recommend her to ANY of our closest friends and family:
1. Juanita was incredibly responsive to our many questions via phone call and email. She was always positive with a happy “how can I help you” attitude. 2. Juanita was a wealth of knowledge, she has an unbelievably great ability to provide you with summarized information that gives you just the right level of detail to understand, feel comfortable, and make a decision on the spot. 3. When you work with Juanita, you will quickly realize that she knows the wedding planning process and vendor information like the back of her hand. On the big day, my husband and I really felt like the day was absolutely perfect. If things went wrong, we didn’t know about it, Juanita handled it! The wedding day was extremely relaxed and stress free! Juanita’s timeline was executed to near perfection. She would just casually come to us, and tell us what we needed to do, and we would do the action needed. All of her vendors were amazing. She goes over and above and you can tell that she does this because she loves what she does and wants to bring her positive nature and joy to the brides and grooms she helps. What more can I say or write about Juanita, we love her work and Forever be grateful to her for making our special day perfect.

They are the Absolute best! I can't say enough about them.
Ilene & Juanita were there for every part of my Daughter's wedding.
Every detail from the smallest to the largest was perfection!
They're attentiveness, perfection & professionalism is impeccable. The Wedding Ceremony location & decor was perfect & the cocktail hour was the perfect begnning to the reception.
The Reception....absolutely breathtaking. The decor, ambiance, everything was perfection! I loved it. Nothing but compliments all night about the Wedding!
Ilene & Juanita are "Tops!"
I highly recommend them for any occasion. They will be my first call for all of my Party needs.
