The Woodlands Club is a family-friendly, year-round, exclusive wedding venue located in Falmouth, Maine, just ten minutes from Portland. With many other amenities on location, this private club gives couples a secluded and classy feel for their wedding day. Woodland Club will pay close attention to detail to make sure that the perfect site is fit for your wedding and preparations are carried out with professionalism.

Facilities and Capacity
This country club setting offers couples indoor and outdoor spaces to fit any kind of theme they want on their wedding day. The Grand Ballroom, with recent renovations, features shimmering chandeliers and banquet seating. The ballroom opens onto the patio and lawn of The Woodlands Club, providing guests with the perfect space for an elegant cocktail hour or an intimate ceremony space.

A Perfect Wedding!

The Woodlands Club was perfect for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding! The venue is spacious and also provides a large outdoor patio off the ballroom that allows guests to move about freely and easily mingle with other guests. Elizabeth is a talented and capable event manager/planner and was wonderful to work with. It was clear from the very beginning that Elizabeth would see to it that Carolyn and Arty's wedding would be exactly as they envisioned. And it was! She listened to what they wanted, attended to every detail and worked with her staff and all of the vendors to execute their plan. Emma, the bar manager, was also great to work with. She helped us make the right bar selections for our guests and created signature cocktails for the bride and groom that were exactly as they wanted. The venue looked beautiful and everything flowed perfectly. The food was delicious! The drinks were superb! And our guests all had a wonderful time. Thank you Elizabeth, Emma and all of you at The Woodlands who helped give Carolyn and Arty the wedding of their dreams.

Fairytale wedding 👰🏼

The Woodlands is the most beautiful location for a late summer wedding! The outside area is an absolute bonus after dinner for guest to mingle inside and out! Lydia is hands down one of the most gracious wedding coordinators to work with! She will make sure your day becomes everything you have envisioned! Highly recommended!

Amazing venue!

Toni and her staff at The Woodlands were very accommodating and prepared for everything we wondered about! Every part of our day went smoothly and according to plan. We were so impressed with how efficient the staff was, and even more so that none of our guests were EVER waiting for their food. We have gotten so many great reviews of both the portions of the meals as well as how delicious they were.
Toni and her staff were on top of everything, and before we even knew something needed to be done, it was taken care of. Our questions were always answered promptly, and were so pleased with being able to have our ceremony and reception in one place.
