We had an INCREDIBLE experience with The Wishing Well. Terrie and her team went above and beyond to make sure the floral arrangements for our wedding were perfect and exactly what I wanted. I would recommend The Wishing Well to anyone getting married in the area.

We used the Wishing Well for our flowers. We ordered the boutonnieres, Bridesmaids Bouquets, Flower Girl Kissing Balls, Mother Corsages, throw away bouquet and two arrangements. Terrie Dean was great to talk with on the phone and I really enjoyed working with her. I continued to send over photos of what I would like for my flower ideas and they worked with it to create what I wanted. The flowers looked beautiful.

Terrie and her team at wishing well were wonderful to work with. I was able to tell her what flowers I liked and she and her team brought them all together to create the most amazing bouquets, boutionners and centerpieces.

I went to The Wishing Well just for flower service, not knowing that they had other services. Right from the start, Terrie said they were not just a "florist," and they liked to really cater their services to the individual. They were wonderful to work with, and very flexible on price, flowers, and anything else. I went to Terrie not having a clear vision of the flowers and decorations for my wedding, and she really helped to shape it into something beautiful. From the centerpieces to the bridal bouquets, she worked with me to make it perfect. When you spend some time talking with her, you can tell she really cares about the people she's working with. That was also clear when she got emotional when delivering the flowers the day of the wedding. If you get the chance to work with The Wishing Well for your special event, I would recommend it.

Working with them was pretty much an average experience. Terrie provided a good amount of input when first creating the vision for bouquets and boutonnieres. She provided a lot of guidance as I tried to figure out what I wanted. Her explanations of details helped a good amount.

However, she was very difficult to get in contact with and did not always respond in a timely manner. I absolutely love flowers and am not one to call any bad or ugly. All bouquets are beautiful to me. My bouquet was not what I expected or entirely what was described to me. Being me, I still loved it and thought it was beautiful. The boutonnieres were different than expected as well. I had nosegays so they are inherently smaller but they were quite tiny. I thought it was all still very pretty but that was the nature of flowers and not the company. I felt unappreciated as a person who was asking for a small amount of flowers. All customers should be given equal service.

Overall, they provided beautiful flowers but the process and product were not as smooth as I would have asked for. Hopefully this was just an issue I experienced. I would recommend being explicit and detailed when working with this company just in case. They did have the flowers ready for pick up at the time asked with vases and all ready to go.
