Heather was such a joy to work with. I am definitely a big picture person, and was getting a little nervous about the details of our day. I met with Heather a few weeks before our wedding and she took all of my worries away! She was so organized, and made so many great recommendations that I never even thought of . Most importantly, she allowed us to be present and fully enjoy every moment of our wedding, while she was quietly in the background making sure everything ran smoothly. There aren't enough words or "stars" to sufficiently review the quality of Heather's services. I was a pretty organized bride and my husband and I very much took on the DIY approach to our wedding. We honestly didn't know much about the role of a coordinator and truly had no idea what to expect when we met Heather. We "clicked" with Heather instantly during our first meeting and walkthrough. She is organized, laid back, supportive, kind, and fun! I can't even put into words how much of an impact she made on the final weeks before my wedding. She allowed me to relax by taking care of the little details, while also being there any time I needed to vent, talk out a decision, or even when I needed to freak out at the last minute about the weather. Our Reverend who married us is a close friend and has officiated MANY weddings. He let us know that ours was the most organized, enjoyable wedding that he had ever been apart of - and he absolutely credited this to Heather. Our families and friends ALL commented on how much they loved working with Heather and what a fabulous job she did on our wedding. At the end of the day, what meant the most to me was the comfort level I had with her throughout this process - it allowed me to relax and have the most fun during my wedding. We are her biggest fans and cheerleaders and will be supporting her until the end of time! My husband and I truly consider her a friend now that our wedding is over and we sincerely miss seeing her name come across our inbox!

Her attention to detail is impeccable - Working up to the wedding and the day-of went absolutely flawlessly. Heather takes care of EVERYTHING and does so with a smile on her face and a calming energy. Our day was perfect because of her. On top of all of her coordinating and day-of duties, she made us the most beautiful menus ..and when she was unhappy with how they printed (slightly off centered but barely detectable flaw) she went and had them re printed and picked them up herself. She goes above and and beyond and I just cannot say enough good things about her.
