I hired Kim Pilson for her month-of (6 week) wedding services, and she was amazing! Kim was very organized, very communicative, and such a joy to work with both before and during our wedding. I was able to enjoy the weeks leading up to our wedding weekend since she handling all of the vendor coordination, and our actual wedding day ran so smoothly with her help. She was awesome, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for this type of service.

Kim was the absolute best! We hired her as a month-of coordinator and it was probably the best decision I made for my wedding. She reached out to all of my vendors and finalized all the details and put together a super helpful day-of timeline. And on top of all that, she ran the show day of and made sure mine and my Fiances wedding day was absolutley perfect! I seriously don't think I could have done it without her help. She took all the pressure off of me leading up to and the day of the wedding and she is such a kind, wonderful and easy person to work with. Her assistant Kimberly also deserves a shout out for all her help the day of our wedding. She kept us on schedule and helped comfort me when I began to stress out about how my hair and makeup looked before the ceremony. They were both amazing and I highly recommend using Kim for your wedding!

Kim was essential to our planning and party's success. She was the best sounding board, had connections with amazing vendors, and knew all the secrets of how to throw the perfect wedding. We couldn't recommend her enough!

From the get-go, Kim thought of absolutely everything. She considered every detail and encouraged my creative side when considering wedding details. Sky was the limit with her as she made everything possible for the big day. Even after I thought I had considered every detail, Kim really thinks of everything!! She misses nothing and does it all with a kindness, which meant everything to me. 

As the weeks and days got closer, I was able to tune out a bit from all the details and planning, and really just relax with my groom, friends and family. I was able to trust that Kim was taking care of it all. 
On the wedding day, I was quite nervous as I have stage fright of walking down the wedding aisle, but thanks to Kim and her big heart, she was able to keep me at ease and relaxed my nerves. 

Once we finished the ceremony and were ready to party, I was able to be fully present in the moment as I knew Kim could manage every detail with the vendors, band, venue, and wedding party. On top of that, Kim also reads the room so well, and was very helpful with family dynamics throughout the day. She is quite the bride whisperer as she always could interpret my feelings, and that support meant a lot to me. She strives to make every moment special and photo worthy. She collaborated incredibly well with my photographer throughout the day to get movie-like shots, and coordinated large groups to achieve this. 

As someone who has worked in special events, I can easily say that transportation is always the most difficult part of any event (especially in New York City!). Kim had fantastic communication with our shuttle buses, and somehow when the ceremony concluded, it was the most graceful transition of all our guests boarding the buses - thanks to Kim's organization skills. 

I highly recommend Kim to all brides whether your wedding is in Hudson Valley, the Hamptons, or in the city. What she was able to pull off on my wedding day was impressive, and she does it all with a calming and kind demeanor. She is wonderful, and planned and managed the best day of my life. 

We really couldn't have imagined doing all that wedding planning without Kim. From the beginning, she was always so attentive and helpful and quickly answered any questions we had. Having her there throughout the wedding weekend really allowed me to enjoy every second of it since I knew she had everything covered. Kim truly made our wedding absolutely perfect and go off without any issues! We truly cannot recommend her enough, she is worth every penny and you should absolutely hire her!

We cannot thank Kimberly enough!! Our “wedding eve” dinner & wedding day was TRULY seamless and everything turned out exactly how we wanted! We also hired Kimberly’s assistant, Katie, for the “day of” and she was an absolute dream & so helpful the entire day. Thank you for being part of the most magical weekend of our lives.
