I went wedding dress shopping with a specific vision in mind, and she took my ideas and brought them to life in a way that was better than I ever could've imagine. She listened carefully to what I liked and didn’t like, and every piece she pulled felt intentional and matched what I was looking for.

What I appreciated most was how easygoing, honest, and supportive she was throughout the entire appointment. She made me feel comfortable, kept my budget in mind, and never once made me feel pressured. Yoko is incredibly talented and has such a gift for understanding a bride’s style and helping the whole vision come together.

Angel helped me find my wedding dress and my reception dress and she is AMAZING!! Definitely ask for her if you go here. In both cases, I ended up buying the very first dress I tried on (though I did try on other dresses too just to be sure hehe)! Angel is amazing at picking out gorgeous dresses that are your style and will look amazing on your body type. I am absolutely obsessed with my wedding dresses and can't wait to get married in them! Could not recommend this place more!!

Lucinda was an amazing bridal stylist! She made sure that I had a great experience trying on dresses. She listened to my feedback and what I liked to ensure that each dress I tried on took me closer to my dream dress! Due to the Wedding Factor's inclusive dress sizes, I felt confident and comfortable as a plus-size bride trying on dresses. So thankful to the team for helping me find my dress AND completing my alterations for an easy end-to-end experience.

I worked with Sarah, who did a phenomenal job helping me pick out my wedding dress. She researched my venue in advance and threw in some extra dress options she thought might fit the venue and vibe of our wedding. I went into the salon with something in mind, and walked out with a completely different "wild card" dress she picked out for me. It was an amazing experience! You can tell everyone who works there really cares about their brides and potential brides. By far the best salon we visited during our search. The salon itself has a lot more plus size options than a normal salon. This is a salon you must stop at in your search for "the one".

The Wedding Factor was the third wedding dress store my mom and I had ever gone to. I was paired with the consultant Iris and my experience working with her was top notch from start to finish. My husband and I planned a fall 2020 wedding, and I knew I wanted a long-sleeve lace gown. I also knew I didn't want something bejeweled, but I also didn't want to look like a lace curtain. Iris pulled several dresses for me to try on, but I immediately fell in love with the one Stella York gown. We decided to have me try it on last. One by one the other dresses just weren't cutting it. When I tried on the Stella York dress, I instantly felt beautiful. It fit me like a glove. The dress was so classy, yet the back was just sexy enough. Since I'm a very indecisive person, I tend to never make decisions on the spot. So my mom and I left the store and even went to other stores over the course of a few weeks to try on more dresses, but I just couldn't stop thinking about THE dress. I knew it was the one. My mom and I went back to The Wedding Factor a few months later and the dress was still there. I tried it on, again, and everyone knew. This was MY dress! We popped a bottle of champagne to celebrate and placed the order.

I had two dress fittings leading up to my wedding day and the seamstress was phenomenal. I did end up losing some weight just before my wedding day (probably due to the stress of having a COVID wedding and ever-changing plans because of it), but even with some weight loss the dress still fit me great on the day of, and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day! My husband also loved my dress!

Lucy greeted us and asked me questions about my wedding and my likes/dislikes. She then picked gowns for me based on what we talked about. Lucy was so kind, reassuring, and helpful with each gown. After each dress, we talked about my likes/dislikes/etc and she would go pick out more dresses. I had THE moment with the last dress she chose. It's absolutely perfect! I had the absolute best experience at The Wedding Factor! Sarah was my stylist and she understood exactly what I was looking for. She listened to what I liked and looked at my inspiration pictures and knew how to find the perfect dress and structure for my body type and had so many ideas to make the dress my own. I didn't have a ton of time to get a dress and The Wedding Factor was able to rush the dress for me which truly changed my entire bridal experience and made me so excited to wear my dress on my wedding day. Excellent, excellent, excellent. I inquired with the Wedding Factor looking for one particular dress. They had me do like an email consultation, where I sent different dresses I was interested in. My consultant was Lucy. She was absolutely sweet. She understood the look I was going for with the dresses she pulled. By the time I tried on my third dress I had found The One. They made the dress shopping process so easy and pleasant.

The Wedding Factor was the second bridal store I went to and I was blown away by how perfect the experience was. First off, the store was remarkably clean, and their covid protocols made me and my family feel safe. Second, the actual process was so streamlined and made dress shopping feel like an event. You stand on a pedestal while trying on dresses and your saleswoman takes the time to perfectly clip the dress to your body making sure there aren't weird bunches or other quirks. There's a curtain which separates you from your guests, and with each dress you try on the curtain is swooped aside to show the option to whomever is accompanying you. These little factors made a huge difference, but the key was the two associates I worked with - Lucy and Michele. Both were absolute delights, upbeat and genuinely excited about helping me find the perfect dress. But they also went above and beyond to make sure I found EXACTLY what I was looking for. It was clear that they closely read my profile information ahead of time and already had a few great picks in mind. But every time I tried on a dress they pinpointed exactly what I did and didn't like and altered the selections based on that. It didn't take long for me to find the one, and even though I was pretty certain, Lucy and Michele were totally fine with me trying on several more dresses just in case. Once I was 100% set on my dress, Lucy and Michele put the icing on the cake by identifying the perfect veil to match. I ended the shopping trip with the knowledge that I found my perfect dress and a champagne toast for me, my mom, and my brother. This was the perfect experience, and if a close friend or family member was getting married I would steer them right to the Wedding Factor.
