Authentic. Pit Smoked. BBQ. We start with locally raised meats and smoke them slow and low over local Hickory logs. Each of our sides is hand-made daily, using fresh, local vegetables and time honored recipes.

The Q Shack recently catered a PWG luncheon and I cannot get the tastes out of my head! Everything was in beautiful presentation & they had such a unique blend of flavors that I've been craving since that day. Everything was served and bussed in a prompt and discerning manner. They proudly spoke about their connection to local farms and serving everything at the height of it's season. I would highly recommend The Q Shack catering for any occasion.
The Q Shack food is delicious and I was so impressed by their focus on healthy, fresh, local ingredients. Also, their staff if very professional and responsive. They'd be first on my list for any event I needed to have catered.
