We're Dan & Deb Shane, owners of The Q Shack in Charlotte. After spending much of our lives working in corporate America and traveling the world, we decided to settled down in Charlotte, North Carolina and try something new. We purchased The Q Shack in fall of 2017 and are absolutely loving our new adventure.
Our goal is to bring you the best BBQ in the Charlotte area. We slow-smoke all of our meats each day, and hand make our sides using fresh, local ingredients. For larger events, we also have a selection of hand-made appetizers and small bites that are perfect for a cocktail hour, reception, or more. Stop by and say hello. We'd love to meet you!
