Since 2017, our mission has been simple: to serve the best barbecue around, made with love and served with gratitude. Every day, we slow-smoke our meats in-house and handcraft our sides using fresh, local ingredients.

Eight years ago, we purchased The Q Shack and proudly continued its tradition of serving slow-smoked barbecue to this amazing community. After 18 years under that name, we felt it was time for a change. We wanted something that better reflects the people at the heart of what we do: our customers, our team, and our family.

Hickory & Heart represents that evolution.

This new name marks the next chapter in our journey. It's rooted in the same values that brought us here. We remain just as committed to good food, genuine service, and creating a place where everyone feels welcome.
