TRUE Crafted Catering

We booked True Crafted Catering’s big red truck for our wedding. The food and service were fantastic – we received tons of compliments from our guests about the appetizers and pizza. The servers were super friendly and attentive to our guests. After we got our pictures taken, we returned to our sweetheart table to find two covered plates full of appetizers – what a nice touch!

We did have a billing issue after the wedding, but the owner talked to us personally and made everything right – we really appreciated that communication.

When my fiance and I began to discuss our ideal wedding we knew we wanted something casual. We both had our hearts set on having a food truck at a laid back and outdoor venue. This vision came to life when we found True Crafted Catering! First of all, the big red truck is AMAZING. It is aesthetically pleasing with twinkly lights and brick and all of our guests had just never seen anything quite like it. It truly set our wedding apart and made our dreams come true of an outdoor, food truck reception. The staff was phenomenal from the first phone call, the prompt communication the clear contract, and their professionalism on the wedding day. What sets this service apart in our opinion was how nice the staff was. They made a gluten free pizza for my fiance who has celiacs, they let my dad take his favorite pizza's home in "to go" boxes, and they were prompt with serving delicious appetizers during out cocktail hour that all of our guests enjoyed. They serve everything buffet style with a nice and functional presentation so that the guests are served in little to no time at all. They worked with our coordinator seamlessly and she made a special point to recognize their wonderful communication and organization.

The final thing I will say about this vendor is this pizza is HANDS DOWN the best pizza we've ever had. I am not exaggerating when I say several of our guests had 10 pieces of pizza that night. We have never heard so many people rave about the food at a wedding, but we were just overwhelmed with feedback from our guests at how delicious they thought the food was.

We are so thankful for True Crafted Catering, as our reception experience would have not been the same without them!
