The Pod offers DJ services primarily in the GR/Lansing area, with a small travel fee to areas far outside this region. Our DJ's are high energy, personable, detail oriented, fun... you know the talk. We could continue on, but it wouldn't be anything every DJ service already claims to be (and I bet most all of them are those things).

What you really want to know is 1) Can I trust this company with something very important to me, and 2) Can I afford their services?

First off, let's talk money. We are willing to work with you on this--but in general, our services range from $800-$1200 for a wedding event. This includes unlimited hours, all necessary equipment, lights, and ceremony services. No hidden costs tucked away anywhere. Again, we are willing to work with you if you are on a tight budget. We've done weddings for as little as $500 in the past.

But most importantly, can you trust us? Trusting someone you've never met to do a job you've never seen them do at an event that is extremely important to you AND where there are no do-overs ("Hey yeah I was pretty bad at this wedding, but next time you get married... I got you")--this is no easy task. So, we provide you with a few different ways you can build trust with us.

1. Reveiws from strangers who have booked us in the past
2. Free video chat or in-person meeting -- no commitment required
3. Experience history (We have 6 years of experience. There you go)
4. Browsing our web and social media sites, seeing pictures/videos of happy couples, people dancing, and colorful lights (which, by the way, really is the worst way to build trust because anybody can put nice looking pictures and videos on a website and claim to be #1 in this or #1 in that but you really don't even know if these pictures are from their party and even if they are, maybe it was from one single moment where they played the cha cha slide and of course the dance floor is packed because everybody LOVES that song!)
5. That's really all. I mean unless you want to build a long lasting friendship--if that's the case let's go out for steak and go bowling or something like that.

By all means, do any of those options that sound best to you. At the end of the day, we want you to feel confident you are booking a quality DJ that fits you, your guests, and the vision for your party. It might not be us. That's okay. But if it is, we'll make it...
