I cannot say enough good things about the Osthoff as a wedding venue. It is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are beautiful with a few different options for a ceremony. My husband and I married at the Gazebo near the pond and it was gorgeous. Their ballrooms are also gorgeous and perfect for anyone who wants an elegant wedding. Lori Urban, the wedding event coordinator, is unmatched in organization, communication, and wedding industry knowledge. She makes sure that your day is perfect and runs smoothly. We cannot thank her enough for guiding us through this process! The food was delicious and so many of our wedding guests expressed how amazing their meal was. We would recommend the Osthoff to any couple!

The Osthoff handled our wedding wonderfully. We were married on NYE and had all of our guests stay at the Osthoff for a winter wedding weekend. We held our rehearsal dinner at Otto's and the wedding was in the Palm Garden Ballroom. Lori worked with us on every detail and made the whole weekend easy!

The Osthoff did and excellent job. I can honestly say that I don’t think a single thing went wrong. Jason was our banquet coordinator and he was excellent. Very responsive and helped me plan things to the very last detail. I would easily choose them again. They also provided a winter discount which was phenomenal. By booking them I was able to book my caterer and florist all in one, which made things very easy.

It was a wonderful experience working with Lori Urban and the rest of the staff at The Osthoff in planning for my son's wedding. The wedding was beautiful. Lori honored every request that my son and daughter-in-law asked for. The ballroom was gorgeous and the food was delicious. Lori was there throughout the ceremony and evening making sure every detail was taken care of. We also hosted a brunch the following morning. The Osthoff was recommended to me by a friend for my wedding. I couldn't have been more pleased to have made this choice to have our wedding here. Lori Urban was our wedding coordinator and she was amazing! She kept everything on schedule, made sure everything was in place, and was enthusiastic about everything we planned. My husband and I were married in an outdoor ceremony at the Osthoff last September. We picked the Osthoff after visiting their location one time. It is a beautiful spot. We worked with Ellie as our coordinator and she is the best. Fantastic with communication and listening to all my crazy ideas and letting me know what was possible and what was not. We were scheduled for an outdoor ceremony and it rained all morning. I was a little nervous about having to move it indoors but Ellie said we were all good. We had a back up ready but ended up having the sun come out and we were able to proceed as planned. Our day was perfect, the staff was friendly and accommodating and we had the best experience. They kept us updated through out the night on our alcohol consumption and allowed us to make additional purchases as needed.
The rooms are all very beautiful. Overall, fantastic experience with the team at the Osthoff. Hubs and I are excited to spend anniversaries there for years to come.

The Osthoff was amazing! I worked with the same person throughout the entire planning process, and they always responded very quickly. They answered all of my questions, and made changes as necessary to make everything flow smoothly. Their customer service was top notch, and they were always extremely kind. It's not the least expensive venue, but it's well worth the cost. The food service was quick, and the accommodations luxurious.

The Osthoff is a beautiful setting for a wedding. All of our out of town guests raved that it was the "best wedding destination ever." They never expected this caliber of resort in Wisconsin. We got married outside at the gazebo near the lake with 125 guests - it couldn't have been more beautiful. Our reception was in the Elkhart Lake Ballroom, which is right off an outdoor patio - making it an excellent place for a cocktail hour + reception. They also have larger ballrooms in another section of the resort if you have 200+ guests. Even though another wedding was booked at the resort on our same day, I never ran into them (because of the distance away from our ballroom). The food was great and they were willing to make off menu items (we wanted coneys from Michigan as our late night snack). Their onsite wedding coordinator was a pleasure to work with. She was prompt in response to all emails.

The accommodations were excellent - we rented a lakeview 3 bedroom suite for the bridesmaids and a 2 bedroom suite for the groomsmen. They gave us a discount off our wedding block of rooms, and continued adding as many rooms as needed.

A little over an hour from Milwaukee, once you get to the Osthoff you never need to leave. The resort has multiple restaurants and on-site activities (watersports, etc) and its within walking distance to town (where you can find additional restaurants, antique shops, and a wine store). Nearby are 2 additional resorts (Siebkens and Victorian Village) with additional restaurants and accommodations. We also love the Jay Lee Inn Bed & Breakfast next door, which provides a homey experience with a yummy breakfast!

Although it's not publicized, there's a 4 mile walking path around the entire lake. 30 of my guests decided to walk it the morning of the wedding, which made for a great group activity.

This place is simply amazing. We had Lori Urban as our planning/ coordinator. We were engaged in April and married in August, a very small time frame, and Lori and The Osthoff were extremely accommodating! Lori was receptive to our changes, was there the day of the wedding helping out, and was always quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Everything went perfectly and according to plan, it could not have worked better. Lori and The Osthoff went above and beyond and listened to our every need and want and made it all happen flawlessly. I would highly recommend this venue, it is absolutely beautiful and the staff are great.

Jason was incredible to work with. He had so much patience dealing with my mother and I, and are tons of questions and emails back and forth. He was always super friendly and helpful with his advice and suggestions. He was flexible with our schedules, having to drive up from Chicago and always eager to meet with us. I am in the entertainment industry and work with a lot of vendors. He was a pleasure to work with!

Victoria handled our flowers and decor and we could not have been happier. She was super flexible with our schedules and tons of emails back and forth. She took my vague vision and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted with so much patience. I wasn't exactly sure what I'd walk into that day as I had not seen an exact mock-up and I was just blown away. The room was stunning. My bouquet was gorgeous. She truly took my small vision and ran with it. It was amazing.
