After browsing webpage after webpage and not finding and invitations that we liked or that we felt were "us" and represented our weekend long wedding event, we started thinking about other options. Meeting Nicole of the Nic Studio was the best thing for us. Our wedding weekend was a complicated one that included half of our 150 guests coming in from out of state, our "welcome" party was in NYC at a rooftop bar, our wedding was a 45 minute bus-ride away in Rye, and we wanted original illustrations that reflected all of the events and the energy of the events of the weekend. After explaining this to Nicole over wine at a restaurant in BK, she sent us a rough draft and we were rolling! She brought our vision to life and even did research and made the whole package into more than what we had ever imagined. Nicole was quick to respond to all of our emails and even helped us in selecting colors and papers that would be appropriate. The final product was worth what we paid for it and I recommend that anyone looking for something special for their wedding invitations consider Nicole.
