We got married at The Maine of Williamsburg on September 6, 2026, and we truly could not have chosen a better venue. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, but what makes The Maine so special is the incredible team behind it.

From the very beginning of the planning process through the end of our wedding day, they were phenomenal. Tracy was wonderful to work with and was there every step of the way, answering my many texts, helping us navigate decisions, keeping track of all the little details, and making us feel like our wedding was genuinely important to her.

One thing that really stood out to us was how excited our other vendors were when they found out we were getting married at The Maine. Multiple vendors immediately told us how much they loved working there and how great The Maine’s team was, which gave us so much confidence going into the wedding. After experiencing it ourselves, we completely understand why they have that reputation. Every vendor we worked with had wonderful things to say about the team, and it was obvious that The Maine works incredibly well with everyone involved in making the day come together.

They were also amazing about including our dog in the wedding, which meant so much to us. He was able to come into the bridal suite a few hours before the ceremony, and while I was getting my hair done, he sat in my lap and helped keep me calm. It ended up being one of those small moments from the day that I’ll always remember, and I’m so grateful that The Maine made it so easy for him to be part of everything.

The décor and florals were absolutely fantastic. Everything was beautiful, and there were even thoughtful little details and touches that I didn’t know about beforehand. Getting to see everything fully put together on our wedding day was such a special moment.

On the day itself, the coordination was exceptional. The team was always there when we needed something, handled things behind the scenes without us ever having to worry, and allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding instead of thinking about logistics. Everything flowed so smoothly, and we felt completely taken care of.

I really cannot say enough good things about The Maine. They truly were the best, and we would recommend them without hesitation to anyone planning a wedding in Williamsburg. Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful, and so much of that is because of the care, professionalism, and effort of The Maine team. We are incredibly grateful to them for giving us such an amazing experience and a day we will never forget.

We chose the all‑inclusive option and it was truly everything we hoped for and more! The all-inclusive option was great for us, trying to plan our wedding in just a few months, and truly helped SO much with not having to worry or stress about anything!

The venue itself is stunning with beautiful outdoor spaces, patios, and indoor areas as well as two spacious suites to get ready in. The venue itself offers a lot of flexibility in areas to have your ceremony! We chose to be outside for the ceremony, on the patio for our cocktail hour and send-off, and indoors for eating and dancing! We loved getting to use every part of this beautiful venue!

From the moment we booked, Tracy (our wedding coordinator) went above and beyond for us! She offered thoughtful advice, helpful recommendations, and always responded quickly, no matter how small the question. She met with us multiple times throughout the planning process and really took the time to get to know us as a couple and to understand our vision for our day. On the wedding day, Tracy was incredible! She coordinated every moving part seamlessly, kept us calm, and made sure the entire day flowed perfectly. By the end of the night she became like family and was passing out cake, making sure guests had everything they needed, and even made an appearance on the dance floor with us! We could not have done any of this without her! After the wedding, everything was already packed and organized for us to pick up the next day!

We chose to upgrade a few items in the package and were not disappointed! The photobooth was absolutely amazing and highly recommended with a backdrop and props for us and guests to enjoy! We even got a flashdrive with all of the pictures taken throughout the night!

My daughter and her fiance were married last Saturday at the Maine and we were amazed and impressed with the professionalism and attention to even the tiniest detail with McKenzie and the staff. My wife and I took one look at this place and decided it was the one! They only had to dates left in the month we were looking for and we got a beautiful Friday the 13th wedding. The team is lovely made us feel like family and did everything to make our day special. We were very behind on the time in getting stuff done, but with the Maine team, everything came together perfectly. Great with planning ad setting up ideas. Making sure we got exactly how we wanted it. Back up plans incase of rain, or an official officiant incase we used someone else to perform the ceremony. They really felt like family and felt welcome all the time. Truly wish we had gotten a picture with them on our day! Such a great place!

My wife and I couldn’t have been happier with our choice of wedding venue. The Maine, as a venue, is spectacular: modern, beautiful, and versatile. The folks managing it are somehow even better. Our wedding was a large, complicated, multicultural/multi-day affair. During the planning phase, we had to make dozens of special requests and last minute changes. Tracy and Crystal, and their team, went above and beyond to ensure they understood all of our demands and executed them flawlessly the day of the wedding. They are also just genuinely nice, caring, and diligent people who are an absolute joy to work with. You will be hard pressed to find a better wedding venue in the state of Virginia. I’ve been telling anyone who will listen that they should have their wedding at this place and will continue to do so!

Having our wedding at The Maine was the best decision we made. The venue is so beautiful that you will save so much money on decorations. The team that runs The Maine (Tracy, Crystal, and Mckenzie) are absolutely AMAZING! They are so kind, caring, and genuinely care about your special day. Their incredible energy and love are the best aspects of this venue (aside from the fact that the venue is gorgeous). Our wedding here was beautiful and perfect and that was all thanks to The Maine. I would give more than 5 stars if I could, I 100% recommend having your wedding here.

The only people who will love this venue more than you are your photographer and videographer. Everything inside and outside is new, modern, and well-maintained. If you are looking for the best place to host your event, you found it! I am a professional DJ and I worked a few wedding events here earlier this year and already have some lined up for next year. Before this year is over, I wanted to take the time and share with all review readers how grateful I am for the opportunity to be able to collaborate with such a great venue and the talented team that makes magic happen every time I am there. We took a leap of faith with The Maine of Williamsburg when it was studs and rafters. My husband and I were left speechless with the service and professionalism we experienced with Tracy, McKenzie and the other staff. They were responsive, kind, and they really have your best interest at heart for your big day. The venue exceeded our wildest expectations and anything we could’ve imagined.

The crew at the Maine of Williamsburg was amazing to work with and the venue itself is absolutely gorgeous! From day one working with the staff at the Maine was so easy. McKenzie responded quickly to all our questions and emails and was super helpful. They are very accommodating and let us visit the venue multiple times to check things out. They literally thought of everything when they designed this place. Our guests were blown away by the space and the bridal suites were also a great plus too. We love this venue and the staff that works there and highly recommend them!
