The Maine at Williamsburg features both indoor and outdoor spaces for your celebration. The total capacity of the venue is 200 guests. The Grand Hall creates a cozy atmosphere thanks to its wood-burning fireplace.The For open-air dining and dancing with scenic views of the property, the outdoor veranda is available. It also features an ambient fireplace in its 1,200 square feet, allowing you to enjoy the area regardless of the season. You may choose to celebrate on the spacious covered patio, which provides an extended gathering space and adjacent natural gas firewall. You and your partner are invited to prepare for the festivities in separate get-ready rooms. These suites are each equipped with a vanity, comfortable seating, private restrooms, and amenities. The natural surroundings of the establishment are enhanced by unique landscaping, offering a number of areas for memorable photo opportunities.
Services Offered
The staff at The Maine at Williamsburg is dedicated to helping each couple create a one-of-a-kind wedding experience. The veneu provides tables and chairs and will arrange them according to your desired layout. An on-site kitchen complete with a warming oven, ice machine, and refrigerator and freezer space allows outside caterers to provide meals with ease. Additional event items such as audio equipment and furniture are available so that your big day aligns with your vision. For long-lasting memories of the fun-filled occasion, the venue also owns photo booths that can be rented. Fabulous venue and outstanding staff
My daughter and her fiance were married last Saturday at the Maine and we were amazed and impressed with the professionalism and attention to even the tiniest detail with McKenzie and the staff. The whole experience was magical and everything went off without a hitch. Would recommend over and over.

We couldn’t have chosen a better venue for our wedding day! From the moment we first visited The Maine of Williamsburg, we were completely impressed by the beauty and charm of the location. It offered the perfect atmosphere for our celebration, with every detail thoughtfully designed to create a memorable experience.
What really stood out to us, though, was how incredibly accommodating the team was throughout the entire process. They listened to all of our requests, ensuring every detail was handled exactly as we envisioned. The owner, Tracy, played a key role in making sure everything ran smoothly on the day of the wedding. Her calm and reassuring presence helped us feel at ease, and it was clear she was dedicated to making the day perfect.
The Maine of Williamsburg has tons of outdoor space to use, several options for cocktail hour, and the perfect getting-ready spaces for everyone in the bridal party.
Overall, our experience at The Maine of Williamsburg was beyond what we had hoped for. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue with outstanding service, we highly recommend it. It made our wedding day truly unforgettable.

A magical wedding!
My wife and I took one look at this place and decided it was the one! They only had to dates left in the month we were looking for and we got a beautiful Friday the 13th wedding. The team is lovely made us feel like family and did everything to make our day special. We were very behind on the time in getting stuff done, but with the Maine team, everything came together perfectly. Great with planning ad setting up ideas. Making sure we got exactly how we wanted it. Back up plans incase of rain, or an official officiant incase we used someone else to perform the ceremony. They really felt like family and felt welcome all the time. Truly wish we had gotten a picture with them on our day! Such a great place!

Amazing place, amazing team!
My wife and I couldn’t have been happier with our choice of wedding venue. The Maine, as a venue, is spectacular: modern, beautiful, and versatile. The folks managing it are somehow even better. Our wedding was a large, complicated, multicultural/multi-day affair. During the planning phase, we had to make dozens of special requests and last minute changes. Tracy and Crystal, and their team, went above and beyond to ensure they understood all of our demands and executed them flawlessly the day of the wedding. They are also just genuinely nice, caring, and diligent people who are an absolute joy to work with. You will be hard pressed to find a better wedding venue in the state of Virginia. I’ve been telling anyone who will listen that they should have their wedding at this place and will continue to do so!

Absolutely amazing
Having our wedding at The Maine was the best decision we made. The venue is so beautiful that you will save so much money on decorations. The team that runs The Maine (Tracy, Crystal, and Mckenzie) are absolutely AMAZING! They are so kind, caring, and genuinely care about your special day. Their incredible energy and love are the best aspects of this venue (aside from the fact that the venue is gorgeous). Our wedding here was beautiful and perfect and that was all thanks to The Maine. I would give more than 5 stars if I could, I 100% recommend having your wedding here.

New - Modern - Elegant - Spacious
The only people who will love this venue more than you are your photographer and videographer. Everything inside and outside is new, modern, and well-maintained. If you are looking for the best place to host your event, you found it! I am a professional DJ and I worked a few wedding events here earlier this year and already have some lined up for next year. Before this year is over, I wanted to take the time and share with all review readers how grateful I am for the opportunity to be able to collaborate with such a great venue and the talented team that makes magic happen every time I am there. They communicate well with vendors, everything is always clean and looks amazing, and the layout options are awesome. I especially love the outdoor spaces for ceremonies and cocktail hour. The owners, Tracy and Crystal, are very easy to work with and were always available to answer any questions I had. They surely go above and beyond for their clients to have the best time ever. Perfection
We took a leap of faith with The Maine of Williamsburg when it was studs and rafters. My husband and I were left speechless with the service and professionalism we experienced with Tracy, McKenzie and the other staff. They were responsive, kind, and they really have your best interest at heart for your big day. The venue exceeded our wildest expectations and anything we could’ve imagined.

The absolute best!
The crew at the Maine of Williamsburg was amazing to work with and the venue itself is absolutely gorgeous! From day one working with the staff at the Maine was so easy. McKenzie responded quickly to all our questions and emails and was super helpful. They are very accommodating and let us visit the venue multiple times to check things out. They literally thought of everything when they designed this place. Our guests were blown away by the space and the bridal suites were also a great plus too. We love this venue and the staff that works there and highly recommend them!

Wonderful experience at the Maine!
My husband and I were married at the Maine of Williamsburg in early April 2022 with a group of approximately 75 guests. We were sold on the venue and working with their team from the start! It is an absolutely gorgeous space that will only get better with time as the vegetation matures. The team put a huge amount of attention to detail and care in the design. Everything is arranged in such a way that makes it easy to have a perfect event and have plentiful options for where to have each element of your big day - including a bad weather plan! Vendors will love it too - our caterer was very pleased with the kitchen and access to the space!
All of the finishings and lighting are so beautiful that you truly need minimal decorations to make your wedding look lovely and refined. Plus, the amenities that the venue has on hand are perfect - from the crossback chairs to the mobile bar to the farm style tables - they have what you need to have both functionality and attraction. That extends to everything from parking to getting ready rooms. The two suites have everything you need to make getting ready productive, fun, and beautifully captured in photographs.
Maybe most importantly to note is that the team - Tracy, Crystal, and McKenzie - are a dream to work with. They are extremely responsive and answered all of our many questions promptly. They were exceptionally easy to work with and maintained excellent relationships with all of our other vendors. Beyond that, they are kind and caring. Don’t underestimate how much that matters in making your experience special. It goes such a long way when you are in the midst of planning this special day in your life.

Exquisite Venue
If you have considered this venue then you are missing out! The venue requires bare minimum decorating as it is naturally beautiful! The guest at my wedding kept complementing the venue and how beautiful it was. The bridal and groom suites are spacious and very accommodating. The kitchen is a warming kitchen. The venue has a dance floor, double sided fireplace, open ceilings that show exposed beams which adds beauty to the room. The ladies who own the venue, Crystal and Tracey, are the nicest people you’ll ever come across. They are so kind and patient! Do yourself a favor and view this venue! You will not be disappointed!
