Unforgettable Wedding

Danielle and her team at Crestwood made our wedding magical and unforgettable. Danielle did an excellent job answering all questions and honoring any special requests throughout the wedding planning process. This experience was exceptional, especially given that we decided to move our wedding date. Along with helping us early in planing, she took time to do a detailed virtual meeting with us a month before the wedding. The week of the wedding she was quick to respond with any last minute changes. The day of I felt at ease knowing the team would ensure everything ran and was set up smoothly. Our wedding day was everything I could have asked for and more. I can not thank you all enough!

The Inn at Crestwood was absolutely beautiful! It was everything that we imagined it would be. The beauty of the venue is so laid back and scenic. I was extremely pleased with, Vanessa, the wedding planner. She was very accommodating and helpful. We live in Florida and it put my mind at ease knowing she was there for me.

AMAZING staff and venue! Couldn't say enough great things about this venue. They took away all my worries and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We are now friends with the staff and look forward to visiting again soon! You will NOT be dissappointed with this venue, I promise! They were also very professional, friendly and affordable.

Vanessa and Kim were so helpful and really helped make my dream a reality!! The inn at crestwood is a dream location completely stunning and it's just amazing that their team is as good as they are! I used the terrace for my ceremony- lounge for cocktails- and then terrace again for reception and it was perfect!

When searching for our dream wedding venue, my then fiancé & I wanted several things: #1 a beautiful mountain view, #2 an intimate & romantic setting for our guests, & #3 someone that was responsive & easy to work with. After several weeks of pulling my hair out because I couldn't find a venue that matched all 3, I stumbled upon The Inn at Cestwood. After a few quick emails, Daniel & I knew we had found our dream venue!

The Crestwood exceeded our expectations and truly were the biggest reason why our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be! Being in the wedding industry myself, it's rare that you find a gem like the Crestwood! Thank you for being so easy to reach, attentive, and generous during the whole wedding process! Daniel & I can't wait to visit again and celebrate many anniversaries to come!

Crestwood was the perfect location for a weekend wedding. Accommodations were wonderful for 100 guests, food both evenings was fantastic. Staff was awesome and each guest had a really nice time. CeCe was fantastic and looking forward to visiting the Inn soon.

I could not be more happy with Crestwood Resort and Spa. CeCe Hampton was our wedding planner and biggest advocate as she made the entire day go off without a hitch! The entire resort is so very aesthetically pleasing and with CeCe and her ability for intricate detail, she was able to make the space reflect both my husband and I's personality. Most of our guests came from out of town and loved staying at the resort. We were married in the restaurant which has floor to ceiling windows that overlook the Blue Ridge Mountains, absolutely breathe taking. Cocktail hour was held under a beautiful tent on the patio, the trees lit up with white lights made the entire space look so very majestic. The staff was so kind and attentive, we couldn't have asked for more!

Crestwood was a beautiful setting for our ceremony and reception. On the day of our wedding Erin was available to help us with everything. Crestwood was definitely the right choice for us and we were happy with everything!

LOVE The Inn at Crestwood. We hosted our rehearsal dinner and wedding at this venue. This is the perfect place for an outdoor garden wedding in the NC mountains. We decided to purchase the month of coordinator package (we live 2h away) and they did not disappoint, running all the details for us and allowing us to have a great time. They have multiple venue options, and were flexible with their menu to accommodate our requests for plantains and turnovers. The guests can't stop talking about our venue and our food! Unfortunately, the Inn was primarily booked with another wedding during our wedding night and we had to ask guests to look elsewhere. FORTUNATELY, the mountains are filled with endless cabin possibilities allowing large groups to enjoy the mountain get away together. If I had the option to do it all over again, I would.

Crestwood was an ideal location for the wedding and reception. There are several possible locations both indoors and out for the ceremony. We had our ceremony on the lawn, which has beautiful panoramic mountain views, and our reception in the Dining Room which has the same views out the 30' floor-to-ceiling windows. It was also nice to be able to have the guests just head inside for the cocktail hour and reception rather than having to travel to a different location.

They provide the catering and although the food was a bit pricier than other caterers might have been, it was delicious and we didnt have to worry about dealing with an outside caterer bringing in food. They also include all the table linens, dishes, stemware, and silverware so you dont have to worry about renting anything. The venue cost, particularly for the dining room, was quite high, but they recently lowered their prices and it is now very affordable.

Erin is in charge of event planning at Crestwood and she is very willing to work with you to make your day perfect as well as being available (more readily by phone) 5 days a week to answer any questions. The Inn also has several options for lodging that can accommodate all of your guests' needs. There are less expensive lodging options in Boone, but the Inn is rather nice and it is good for guests to be able to walk to their rooms after the reception. They also offer a room-block discount.

My wedding was absolutely perfect and I could not imagine a better setting for my wedding ceremony and reception. I most appreciated that they to moved the ceremony back outside after the rain had finally stopped with only 30 minutes until it was supposed to start.
