The Flower Spot

The Flower Spot truly went above and beyond for a late wedding request. I had a family friend agree to do flowers, but the drought in Maine got the best of her garden. I emailed around one month to my wedding and then got this recommendation by our wedding coordinator, Dirigo Events. They were very responsive and a great price. I sent them a picture to give them a reference for flowers. They went WAY ABOVE and beyond what we were expecting. When I called to pay for the flowers I had a great conversation with the woman on the phone. The owner arrived early the day of the wedding to set up our flowers and we were able to see them way before people arrived. They even had some extra flowers for us, which truly made us feel extra special. I would give them a 10 out of 5 stars if I could. Thank you for treating us with the best service! Anne’s energy and passion is what we loved most about working with her! She made the whole experience exciting, easy, and personal. Her talent and creativity when putting together arrangements is unmatched!

Don and Anne were so flexible and caring when it came to planning and setting up for the wedding. It was a blast getting to know them and their pups! I appreciate their patience with me as I was an indecisive bride. I could tell Don had a blast with my challenging requests, such as adding amethyst points to my bouquet and the boutonnieres. They worked with me on the budget to make sure I had all of the things I wanted without compromising the quality of anything. Not only did they make the wedding day special but they also came through when my husband and I were in need of an emergency bouquet ;) not only would I recommend them, but I plan on using their services any chance I get. We ordered our wedding flowers from a local florist and paid for them months ahead of our wedding but 4 days before the wedding I called, and they said that they couldn't get them in time. I called several florists and found The Flower Spot willing to find them. The did get them for us in time and at a lesser price. They even overnighted the flowers and included a beautiful, gorgeous vase. I would only use them for all my future flower arrangements. Thank you for making our day spectacular!

The Flower Spot delivered poinsettias to my cousin's house the day before the wedding, on time, as requested even though this business was closed. The next day, day of the wedding, they opened specifically for my aunt to pick them up and drive them to Portland. Beautiful flowers and plants. Very very happy with them!
