It all began with a young couple who were passionate for art, food and making people happy. One had been a chef for years, and had worked for various 5 star restaurants and catering companies in Los Angeles, CA. The other was an artist and loved to bake in her spare time. We decided to put their talents to use, and thus The Carnival Food Truck was born.

The idea behind the food truck was to bring fun back to the streets of Los Angeles by way of food. We had no idea that our business would grow from a food truck into a catering company that caters all sorts of events - from birthday parties and company picnics to corporate catering and weddings.

Since The Carnival Food Truck's beginning in May 2015, we have catered over 75 private events, and are more passionate than ever about our true goal.. to be the most sought after catering service in the Los Angeles area, by offering unique, flexible menus, unbeatable prices, and an overall unforgettable experience to those who need our services.

We provide the highest level of service, freshly made cuisine, and delicious appetizers and desserts. You tell us what you want and we'll make it happen for you and your guests. No menu is too small or too big. Whatever your tastes, we will design the menu you are looking for.

We are able to cater to most of Los Angeles & surrounding cities. We would love to cater your wedding in our new food trailer, but please don't hesitate to reach out if you would like the more traditional drop off catering instead!

While we do not currently offer tables, linens, glassware, flatware and plates, we can definitely take care of renting these items for you! Likewise, please take advantage of our additional services and inquire today about our wedding coordinating!
