Words cannot explain how grateful, thankful, appreciative, and happy my wife and I were with Felicia, Fusion Events, and their ENTIRE team. If you're not interested in reading a long review, heres the short review: stop looking for other vendors, and hire Felicia and her team already. Trust me!

To expand, from the very beginning, Felicia was incredibly responsive, helpful, attentive, and sweet. She arranged a food tasting for my wife and I and we were in love with her food. It is worth noting that my wife and I are huge foodies and were really struggling to find good wedding food. We had tastings with three different vendors before trying Felicia’s food and they were all just standard & basic wedding food. When we had our tasting with Felicia, we were obsessed! Every single item she put out was so delicious. And the very minor tweaks we had, for example adding a little more garlic salt to the mashed potatoes, she made sure to make note of and make a change to on our wedding day. Every single one of our guests raved about the food. This is NOT just your standard wedding food. This is truly amazing food that my wife and I, even 6 days after our wedding, are STILL craving. (Felicia, please send us more Korean short rib tacos)
Beyond the food, Felicia GETS THINGS DONE!!
We had some issues on the day of the wedding with another vendor of ours that unfortunately slowed things down. When Felicia arrived at the venue with her team, she knew how to delegate and ensure that our wedding was everything we wanted it to be. This was not her job. But she went above and beyond for us and I am so so grateful to have hired her. She is truly such a pleasure to work with and when our plans were slightly soiled, she was there to assure us everything was just fine and not to worry. She treated my wife and I like family and that is beyond business! We are so happy to have hired her and highly highly recommend her to all of you! Also, you will not find this type of food or service for the price she offers.

Fusion LA was excellent. We used them for our wedding reception. Felicia was very professional and easy to work with. The food was delicious. Great selection. Would definitely recommend and work with them again.

Felicia and Fusion Events is a company I didn’t know existed when I first began my own wedding planning, but I’m so glad I found them! My initial reason for choosing Fusion Events was the flexibility within their contract alongside the many vendors they have available to choose from for all your wedding needs under one umbrella. So, her vendors have all worked together before and truly do come together as one team to host an amazing event! Although a few of my vendors were external from Fusion Events, let me tell you they helped make our wedding as perfect as it could possibly be and worked SO well with our external vendors leading up to, and day of.

The rentals were absolutely stunning, and their team worked quickly to set up our reception at our private residence. They even pulled off setting up a tent on the tennis court hours before our wedding due to last minute rain. What an amazing team!

DJ Steven was such a fun and professional guy to work with on our music. He sent a questionnaire that was extremely easy to follow, and he was so flexible in any changes or additions we made to music and our schedule. A good event always needs a good MC, and DJ Steven is your guy for that! The music was perfect and clearly well-planned out, mixed well, and matched the energy of our guests the entire night! Pro-tip: use his photo booth as well! It was a great add on and our guests loved the self-use photo booth for the entire night!

We used Felicia’s catering for our appetizers and desserts and they were not only delicious but stunning!! Also kudos to the service team for finding the bridal party during cocktail hour to give us snacks while we took pictures!! Felicia recommended all the apps and desserts served and she definitely knows what she’s talking about. My biggest regret is not doing a full dinner through Felicia, because again, the presentation and taste was better than expected so I can only imagine what a dinner through her would have been like. Her social media pages don’t lie in the presentation. Truly top-notch!

The bar coordinator and staff were a dream to work with, friendly and fun day of, and made a menu that perfectly fit our specific wants and needs for our guest count. We are a large Marine family, and had 160 guests exactly at our reception, so lots of (heavy) drinkers! I was amazed by how Chrissy put together a menu and liquor count that would fit the average drinking per guest, and it was the perfect amount of alcohol for our open bar, drink preferences, and our budget!

Felicia and her day of coordinator, Sharon, stepped up to the plate for the planning leading up to the day of - thinking of all the small things you might not consider as a bride, or in my case, my own planner. Then day of came along and they were so on top of every detail for that day. Our schedule was on time the entire day, and our reception flowed so smoothly. Sharon and Felicia were both go-getters from the beginning, and the passion they have for successful events was demonstrated on our big day. I truly had zero cares in the world, all thanks to them!

Additional note that Felicia brought a photographer (with our permission), Tina Vonn, to capture some moments to help for the marketing of Fusion Events. Once again, another person at Fusion that I would recommend if you need a wedding photographer! Her work was outstanding and captured moments we didn’t expect to see. The social media reel she created for Fusion Events still captured so many sweet moments from our big day that I’ve watched so many times!

Overall, Fusion Events is a group I would recommend over and over again. Even through the normal stresses of wedding planning, Felicia and her team know what they are doing. It’s clear from the very first phone call with Felicia. Her flexibility, ability to pivot with you and the vendors to problem solve, come up with alternatives where needed, match your budget, and still make your day so magical is a skill they certainly did not gain overnight. Felicia and her team executed a beautiful menu that everyone raved about! The bar included special mocktails and she did a custom candy bar for my daughter! She even brought in an incredible rental company that she works closely with, Rustic Event Rentals, who did an Incredible job with the entire set-up, the lighting canopy was AMAZING, like dancing under the stars on the white dance floor! The bride, groom and all the guests were thoroughly pleased with everything! Thank you Felicia & the Fusion Events team!!!

Our venue changed and we had to find a caterer for our reception last minute! With 2 weeks, Felicia managed to create an amazing experience that my partner & guests still talk about! She was on point with her recommendations, the food was delicious AND her staff left the venue cleaner than it was before we got there. She even shared the pictures her photographer took with us. We use & refer them to anyone wanting food for any event!
