While my mom and grandma were in town, I wanted to take them to see my wedding venue and then go dress shopping. I came across Bridal House of Charleston based on convenience to my venue with little research before stepping through the doors and it was the BEST thing that could have happened. I came here for my first time trying on dresses and had no idea what to expect. Anne was my consultant and immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable. As the appointment went on, Anne paid close attention to what I liked and didn't like about certain dresses and adjusted her recommendations perfectly to fit my style. I left my first appointment with a "top 3" and felt confident I would be back to the shop.
I shopped around at a couple of other bridal shops in Charleston, but those experiences did not compare to The Bridal House. The customer service and attention to detail at TBH is unmatched! I went back 2 months later for my "I do" appointment and again Anne was SO helpful and found the PERFECT dress for me! I ended up going with a totally different dress and style than I had originally thought and I could not have found it without Anne. She truly is a professional and extremely good at what she does. With her knowledge of their inventory + the thought, care, and effort put in for each of her brides, I cannot recommend TBH and Anne enough!! Truly a great experience and I am so happy I found my dream dress with their help!

I visited 6 different bridal shops in Charleston in search of the perfect wedding gown, and The Bridal House easily had the best selection of them all. Their dresses are so elegant and romantic, and the quality is top notch. The shop itself looks like it came straight from a magazine, and everyone who works there is so incredibly kind and helpful. They really do want you to find the perfect dress, and are not pushy in any way. Anne helped me find my dress, and she even helped me to imagine what it could look like with some alterations, as the front and back needed some slight changes to make it exactly what I was envisioning. If it weren't for her vision, I'm not sure that I would have been able to picture it on my own. The end result was exactly what I was hoping for, and I could not have been happier! Their prices are also very reasonable for the quality that you get. I 100% recommend BHC for any future bride looking for her gown!!

As a wedding planner I visit a TON of bridal shops with my brides and I have to tell you this was one of the best experiences I have ever had in a bridal shop. Ann and Mary Mason helped me choose the most perfect, beautiful dress. Before I even arrived they texted with me so I could send them all of my inspiration dresses, and had already prepared dresses for me when I arrived. The space is beautiful and I did the VIP experience which let me tell you is V I P! Ann was so thoughtful and seemed genuinely interested in what I wanted, and the story behind me and my fiance. Mary Mason was sooo cute and funny and my whole group adored her! The dress I ended up choosing was the FIRST dress Ann suggested and even though I told her I didn't think it was for me and didn't try it on until the very last dress, she was 100% on the money. We laughed, we cried (and cried some more) and they made sure me and my entire group had the best time!! I truly felt like they wanted to be a part of the experience and not just sell me a dress. I'm so thankful I ended up booking this place! Thank you so much Ann and Mary Mason for making this experience a dream!
