Our property is a classic setting for both indoor and outdoor receptions, and is maintained at the highest standards with impeccable grounds. Our guest rooms and suites are handsomely appointed. Our stunning location is perfect for any type of wedding celebration, be it your Rehearsal Dinner, Elopement, Vow Renewal, or a Commitment Ceremony renewed with Wedding Vows. Your ceremony and reception will be unmatched with our natural and dramatic backdrop for this most memorable occasion.

Nestled into the rocky cost of the Marginal Way, our ocean front lawn can accommodate up to 70 guests for an outdoor ceremony and reception or for an indoor ceremony or reception, in our Marginal Way Salon.

For outdoor ceremonies the site rental fee ranges from $3,500.00 to $5,500.00, depending upon the size of your event, food and beverage components, number of guest rooms, and time of year. This site fee includes the manicuring of the lawn, set up and removal of our white ceremony chairs, guest tables and chairs for your reception. Should you desire an outdoor reception, a tent is required, at an additional cost. Note that the site rental fee includes the reservation of the Marginal Way Salon for indoor receptions and includes table linens, napkins, service ware. The Marginal Way Salon is located in our Beachmere West Building. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony and reception are moved inside to the Marginal Way Salon.
