The best choice we made for our wedding!
The 1999 band may have been the best choice we made in our wedding planning. Not only did they make everything easy and relatively stress free in the planning process, but they absolutely killed it on the big day. Pre wedding they were communicative, extremely friendly and patient, ran us through things we had not even considered, and put together some absolutely amazing set lists and playlists tailored to our taste (with pretty minimal input from us), and they really thought of everything. At the wedding they were flexible, helpful, completely self sufficient and handled a couple little bumps in the nights plan with perfection. Most importantly, they are all incredible musicians with an amazing sound and energy. I was blown away by how they captured our guests and kept the dance floor fully the entire night.

Best Band Ever!
Wow! Truly speechless. We’re still getting calls from guests telling us how much they loved the band. From the very first phone call to the final song, we felt completely taken care of. We cannot recommend Alex & The 1999 enough, 10/10. We’re still in awe of them, and they were the absolute best addition to our wedding night.

The best decision For our special day! Everyone on the dance floor!
I wanted to personally thank Alex, Rob and the whole 1999 Crew for being the best musical partners we could have asked for our special day in Nantucket in June. The music element to our wedding, timing of songs and overall flow was critical to us and from the very beginning, Alex and Rob understood our vision and promised to execute it…which they did. Everything was perfect and they are meticulous with organization, planning, asking the right questions so everything goes without a hitch. Not only that, but the actual band section: literally everyone was on the dance floor. Top-notch. We are so happy we trusted the 1999 with one of the most important days of our lives—thank you for being the best and we will be singing your praises for the rest of time! :)

Amazing Band, Professional Operation
We got married in September and the 1999 did so much more than just provide amazing music. They were the glue that brought all the pieces of our day together to make it magical. Alex, the MC, and the whole operation was so well organized, responsive, and communicative. Alex heard our ideas for our special day and provided feedback and guidance to help make it better than we could have ever imagined. Amazing Experience
Working with the 1999 was one of the best decisions we made in the entire wedding process. They were super accommodating, attentive and easy to get ahold of with any questions. They let us do some extra surprises for our guests and the energy of the night was amazing. Every member was incredible from the singer to the guitarists, drummers and manager! I would highly suggest them for any event in the future

Blanca and Joey Wedding
The 1999 absolutely rocks and we are so happy we were able to have them play at our wedding! From our first contact with Rob, communication was clear, concise and we always felt we were in great hands. Rob made himself available for any questions we had no matter the time of day or night.
On the wedding day, they exceeded all expectation. From the ceremony piano to the cocktail hour, to an unforgettable live band/DJ set, they nailed every moment. The dance floor was full all night.
So many guests came up and told us how unbelievable the music and energy was all night. They also really enjoyed the photobooth and telephone messaging that the band brought as well.
The 1999 made our night truly unforgettable, and we’re so grateful!

If you want an organized team that has a killer set list that keeps your guests of all ages on the dance floor, then hire this band! This team is unbelievable. So professional, organized, and talented. Guests continuously tell us the band was one of their favorite parts of our wedding, and we agree!!

You NEED to book the 1999 live!!
I cannot recommend the 1999 live enough!!! Andrew and I knew after seeing them perform at our friends wedding in 2022 that when we got married we wanted them to be part of our special day.
We cannot say enough amazing things about Rob, Alex and everyone that is part of the 1999 Live — they were truly one of the highlights of our wedding! The compliments have not stopped since our wedding day and the texts keep flowing in on how much everyone enjoyed them. The energy they brought to the night was unmatched — the dance floor was never empty, from the first song to the very last.
They knew exactly how to read the room, keep the momentum going, and make sure every single guest had the best time. We even had a minor hiccup with our venues power and they made sure no one even realized. On top of the energy, they are extremely organized which is very comforting to a type A bride like myself.
If you’re looking for a band that will make your wedding unforgettable, look no further. We’re forever grateful to them for making our celebration so special! We love you guys!

Out Wedding Must Have!
It was abundantly clear that the 1999 Band and DJ team's pride and joy was making sure we (and all our family and friends) had the best night of our lives. From the beginning, they made the planning process organized and stress-free, helping us with booking, check-in meetings, and walking us through their music planning form.
Their day-of event management was seamless, keeping everything on track so we could just enjoy the moment. Most importantly, they killed it with incredible vocals, instrumental talent, and a DJ set that was curated perfectly to our music taste. We were blown away by their overall professionalism and incredibly fun vibes start to finish.
At one point, I ended up with red wine down the side of my wedding dress, and Viana came running with a Tide Stick in hand. They seriously do it all. We’ve been getting nonstop compliments and have already had newly engaged friends asking for their card.
By the end of the night, the 1999 Band & DJ combo felt like family. They exceeded all expectations and truly went above and beyond!
