Best band!
We truly cannot say enough amazing things about The 1999 band! They were hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the moment they started playing, the energy never stopped. Alex was an incredible MC and did such an amazing job keeping the night flowing, getting everyone involved, and making everything feel effortless. The entire band was so talented, professional, and SO much fun! From the music, to the vibes, to the overall energy of the night, everything was absolutely perfect. They completely exceeded our expectations and made our reception an absolute blast! We couldn’t have asked for a better band to celebrate with!

The best!
The 1999 band was truly one of the highlights of our wedding day. From the planning process to the very last song of the night, they were so incredibly talented, professional, and fun to work with. The energy they brought to our reception was absolutely incredible!!
Our wedding was such a special celebration of the people we love most, and they completely understood that. The dance floor was packed, everyone was laughing and singing, and there were so many moments where we looked around and thought, “This is exactly what we wanted.” So many of our guests have continued to tell us how amazing the band was and how much fun they had.
They didn’t just provide music — they helped create the feeling and memories of our reception. We are so grateful they were part of our wedding and would recommend them a million times over!!!

Best Decision We Made!
Booking the 1999 for our wedding was one of the best choices we made! They truly made the whole process so easy from beginning to end. They were thorough, organized, and accommodating throughout the entire planning process and really put us at ease. When our wedding day rolled around, all of our prior requests were executed seamlessly. Our dance floor was packed all night! We would recommend the 1999 again and again. Truly 10/10.

The 1999 band and DJ Alex deserves more than 5 starts in our opinion!!! They are so great, so FUN, and so kind! Alex, the DJ, helped us throughout the entire planning process to make our day exactly as we imagined - down to the minute!!! From our ceremony, to the cocktail hour, reception, and last dance, everything was perfect. The band had guests of all ages on the dance floor all night and kept guests engaged. So many guests came up to us afterwards asking who the band was and told us how great they were. We couldn’t have had a better experience with 1999 band and DJ, they made our wedding day one we won’t forget!!!

The best choice we made for our wedding!
The 1999 band may have been the best choice we made in our wedding planning. Not only did they make everything easy and relatively stress free in the planning process, but they absolutely killed it on the big day. Pre wedding they were communicative, extremely friendly and patient, ran us through things we had not even considered, and put together some absolutely amazing set lists and playlists tailored to our taste (with pretty minimal input from us), and they really thought of everything. At the wedding they were flexible, helpful, completely self sufficient and handled a couple little bumps in the nights plan with perfection. Most importantly, they are all incredible musicians with an amazing sound and energy. I was blown away by how they captured our guests and kept the dance floor fully the entire night.

Best Band Ever!
Wow! Truly speechless. We’re still getting calls from guests telling us how much they loved the band. From the very first phone call to the final song, we felt completely taken care of. We cannot recommend Alex & The 1999 enough, 10/10. We’re still in awe of them, and they were the absolute best addition to our wedding night.

The best decision For our special day! Everyone on the dance floor!
I wanted to personally thank Alex, Rob and the whole 1999 Crew for being the best musical partners we could have asked for our special day in Nantucket in June. The music element to our wedding, timing of songs and overall flow was critical to us and from the very beginning, Alex and Rob understood our vision and promised to execute it…which they did. Everything was perfect and they are meticulous with organization, planning, asking the right questions so everything goes without a hitch. Not only that, but the actual band section: literally everyone was on the dance floor. Top-notch. We are so happy we trusted the 1999 with one of the most important days of our lives—thank you for being the best and we will be singing your praises for the rest of time! :)

Amazing Band, Professional Operation
We got married in September and the 1999 did so much more than just provide amazing music. They were the glue that brought all the pieces of our day together to make it magical. Alex, the MC, and the whole operation was so well organized, responsive, and communicative. Alex heard our ideas for our special day and provided feedback and guidance to help make it better than we could have ever imagined.
