Franny from Tara Nicole was the absolute best!! She is so sweet, fun, and easy to work with. She made our wedding day an absolute BREEZE. She worked non-stop in the weeks leading up to the wedding to get everything organized with all of our vendors, and all the wedding decor and items that my husband and I were doing on our own. She handled all the vendor communications with ease and grace, and kept everyone in line so I did not have to worry about a thing. The day of the wedding, I did not have a single vendor, bridesmaid, guest etc reach out to me because Franny was handling absolutely everything. Our getting ready space and venue were across the street from one another (across a busy downtown street), and she hustled back and forth between the locations ALL morning in the heat to get everything set up and perfect for us. She kept us on schedule all day without ever making me feel rushed or worried. I went into the day stress-free and had the most incredible wedding day I could have imagined, all because Franny did all the heavy lifting behind the scenes. She also collected all our items at the end of the night and delivered everything to our hotel room, along with a sweet note. Our perfect wedding day would not have been possible without Franny’s help and guidance, and I am so grateful we had her on our team! She is a superstar!

We cannot say enough about Tara! She made the entire planning process manageable and fun. Tara had the challenge of putting together a fully Christian, fully Hindu wedding with a 500-person guestlist. All the while, the two of us were living in DC, Nikhil’s parents were in Georgia, and Joie’s parents lived in Indiana. Tara took the time to get to know us, our parents, and our working styles. In doing so, she came to understand our dreams for the day and how to best make the wedding weekend a success. In addition to working with us, Tara managed a large team of other vendors, from designers and musicians to food trucks and caterers. Our wedding would not have been as organized and polished without Tara’s efforts. In fact, some of our engaged guests have already asked for her contact information! Tara became more than a wedding planner, she became a friendly friend.

My husband and I started looking into wedding planners when - I was close to a nervous breakdown and we had only been 3 weeks into our engagement. I was overwhelmed with how much had to be planned/organized in addition to an already demanding/stressful job. Tara both made us feel at ease from our first conversation with her. Throughout the process also provided suggestions on reputable vendors who she thought matched our personalities, and budget - including introducing us to our wedding invitation designer, and DJ. She really understood what we wanted on our wedding day and ensured we had the vendors to match it! I felt in every conversation she really understood our needs/my vision...And in the end our wedding our wedding was everything we dreamed for and we had a blast because Tara took care of all the small stuff like personally assembling our wedding cake that was shipped from NYC. She was a true life-saver/sanity saver!

Tara, was my wedding planner for my wedding at Laurel Hall. Tara did a wonderful job from the beginning to end helping me plan my wedding. I live in Seattle, Washington and Tara would work with my schedule having meetings to accommodate my work schedule and the time difference. In addition, I was only able to come home during Christmas break and two times during the summer for long weekends. She did an amazing job helping me narrow down vendors, setting up meeting with the vendors and helping me with reviewing and finalizing the contracts.

I arrived Thursday for my Saturday wedding. Tara and her team did an amazing setting up for the wedding on Friday (I was able to go play golf with my brother :) ).The wedding day went very smoothly, Tara and her team made the day stress free from set up to clean up.

I would highly recommend Tara for as your wedding planner especially for out of town brides. She was very friendly, professional, and always listened to my ideas and helped me implement them to make my day unique and special.

It was so thoughtful!! Because it was so important to me to have my centerpieces perfect and within budget, she went above and beyond her duties to help me.

Tara and her team were so on top of it on my wedding day (and on rehearsal dinner day) that any issues that arose were taken care of without me even knowing! I had complete confidence in her..all I did was show up and just enjoy the day. She took care of everything else. The reception and ceremony looked beautiful and exactly, if not better, than how I envisioned it. I couldn’t put a price tag on being able to enjoy my wedding day without any worry and stress- and Tara made that possible. She truly was amazing to work with and so worth every penny!! I had so many guests come up to me to tell me how impressed they were with Tara and her team’s work. Hiring Tara was one of the best decisions I made during the process!
