I can not say enough about how Paige made a special day even more special. It was out 45th anniversary and we did a vow renewal. She absolutely is wonderful. No one has any clue how much love and time that she dedicates to behind the scenes to make sure every detail is handled. This is the 3rd event she has done for us. Our daughter's wedding and one month later our son's wedding. She has an absolutely creative and beautiful vision for everything. She treated every event as if it was her own. Can't say how much we appreciate her and her family.

Paige & Whitley were our favorite vendors to work with throughout the wedding planning process! They were our best decision and we cannot imagine what the big day would've looked like without them. They are proactive, creative, so kind, and extremely thoughtful. They have so many ideas and resources that allow your dream to come to life in a way that's feasible and even more immaculate than imagined. As soon as we booked with A Moment in Time, we knew we were in great hands. No time was wasted, a group chat was set up immediately. In communicating, it was apparent that the team genuinely wanted to get to know us and our story as a couple. Not only that but they wanted to create a day that would reflect us. So many ideas were offered up and questions were answered in that group chat. They also provided recommended vendors and timelines for each milestone leading up to the wedding. AND both Paige & Whitley responded more promptly than any other vendors we worked with. Paige & Whitley offered to meet up with us multiple times and ended up taking some of the DIY projects off our hands. They truly went above and beyond their roles as day of coordinators.

As the wedding drew closer, Paige & Whitley took over everything communication-wise and then some. It was such a blessing to have them carry out our vision while we kept our peace of mind.

I'm still not sure how they were able to take the mess of details and decorations I gave them the morning of, and turn it all into a beautiful fairytale-like scene. All the while, they were both reassuring and present. This still baffles me but somehow they even captured the details of the day by taking some pictures and video. This was truly the first footage we saw of our wedding after the fact. As we were waiting on photographers and videographers, we were able to get a small preview of what the day looked like to our guests through the Instagram reel Paige & Whitley compiled.

It seems like anything they touch turns to gold. And they leave things better than they are found. Besides the seamless setup and orchestration of the entire event, the team was also there to clean up. I cannot say it enough... Paige & Whitley are amazing. They think of everything, they somehow can do it all. A Moment in Time is a class act and the best of the best.

Paige did our wedding and she went above and beyond. We did a simple backyard wedding on a small budget and she turned it into something we couldn’t have imagined. She helped us everyday to stay on track with what needed done, and came up with unique and interesting things from start to finish. I honestly don’t know how we could have done it without her. I cannot recommend her enough!

Paige and Whitley are incredible at what they do! We hired them for my wedding on June 17 of 2023. There are so many details that I would have missed without their help. They were instrumental in designing and carrying out the perfect wedding! They also used their talent and creativity to DIY certain elements which helped save us a ton of money. They basically took my Pinterest wedding board and made it come to life.

When it came to the day of, they were AMAZING. Every little hiccup that came up, they were on it immediately. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. For example, my bustle broke about 4-5 times, and they were there to fix it in an instant every time. Everything went so smoothly thanks to these girls. It allowed all of my family and friends to truly enjoy the day and not worry about the details of it all. They were extremely professional, kind, and supportive. We have then to thank for our day going perfectly!

I highly recommend A Moment In Time event planners. We were so fortunate to find this amazingly talented team!! They made our daughter’s wedding an incredibly beautiful, fun, and unforgettable evening, and all of this, at a very reasonable cost. With Paige and Whitley, the process was seamless!

The girls were very detail oriented and left no stone unturned. They communicated with all of the vendors and coordinated the entire process. Paige and Whitley and kept a wedding chat going, by text, and would send weekly postcards as to what we should be doing on our end and what they were accomplishing on their end of the process. This really eased our minds as they made the process so simple and we could see what was happening along the way.

The event went seamlessly and was professionally run by this incredible team. They were there for the entire event, from start to finish, and it was an absolutely unforgettable evening.

They are very professional, personable and helped me stay organized from first contact with them all the way leading up to our wedding day! Also, my husband loved how they helped him and his groomsmen stay organized through the entire day. Choosing A Moment In Time Events was the best decision we made! There are so many steps to planning a beautiful wedding and I did not know where to begin. Paige is so gifted and creative, she is able to capture exactly what you want and make it happen! Not to mention, we got married right when COVID hit and they helped us stay calm and adjust what we needed to in order to meet the restrictions. I truly got to soak in the wedding day and cherish the memories because we knew that they had everything under control. You will not regret choosing them to help plan your event.
