The best event planners you'll find

Brittany and Lindsey with Ooh La La are just the most amazing event planners you'll ever work with. We hired them as month-of planners for our wedding and Brittany was our lead planner. They are incredibly organized, knowledgeable, professional, responsive, creative, communicative, and just absolutely wonderful to work with. Our wedding day went so smoothly because of Brittany's ability to work and coordinate so well with various vendors. My husband and I had the best time at our wedding and didn't have to worry about a single part of the coordination of the day because of Brittany. I 100000000% recommend Ooh La La as your event planning team because you won't find anyone better!

From our very first contact in November 2023, Lindsey's immediate and enthusiastic response put us completely at ease

• Timeline and Logistics - She provided great advice, recommending we move our ceremony to an earlier time to ensure a lively, packed dance floor at the end of the night.

• Vendor Vetting - She guided us through securing our catering and DJ, providing detailed questions to ensure we finalized our contracts, such as discussing plated vs. buffet service and confirming the DJ would cover both ceremony and reception sound.

Such a great experience working with Ooh La La!

Stephanie and Lindsey were so great to work with! Leading up to the day of the wedding, they made sure that they had every little detail down. They also coordinated with all of our other vendors, which took a lot off of our plate. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly! Stephanie was on top of every detail and helped guide us and all of our guests through the day so that we could just enjoy and have a wonderful time!

Hiring Lindsey and her team was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, they were organized, professional, and incredibly thoughtful. They took the time to really understand our vision and brought it to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined.

Every detail — from the timeline to the décor to managing vendors — was handled with such care and precision. Turning the bar where we had our reception into a beautiful space was everything! On the day of the wedding, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Everything ran so smoothly, and I was able to truly enjoy every moment with my hubby, friends and family.

I am beyond grateful for their hard work and would 1000% recommend them to anyone looking for a coordinator who truly goes above and beyond. Thank you for making our wedding day absolutely perfect! 🤍💍

Amazing experience with Lindsey!

At the end of the weekend, my new son-in-law said to me, "It was everything I wanted, and more!" That pretty much sums up our experience with Lindsey.

I admit that I was not the easiest mother of the bride. I had a vision, but did not have the resources to make that vision come to life. I also threw some curve balls to Lindsey and she handled each of them with ease and professionalism.

Although her fee might seem high at first, once you start working with her, the value is obvious.. helping tie up loose ends, mediating ideas and even nagging my daughter FOR ME, she did it all.

I originally hired her because I am not from Indy and felt that I needed someone in town. In all honesty, she is worth her weight in gold for any mother of the bride. If you think about it, the wedding business is all about relationships. She was able to fill in missing vendor slots with people that she knew would do a good job.

If I were to do it over again, this is one aspect that I would not have changed. I would absolutely rehire oohlalaevents in a heartbeat, again.

Lindsey is the best!

Lindsey has been my party planner for 6 years now and our parties always turn out amazing! She is is super detailed oriented so I can always count on her to make sure everything is done! She also comes with great ideas and makes me feel like a guest at my own parties, which is the best part! I would recommend her to anyone!

Rockstar planning who will make all of your stress melt away!

Hiring Lindsey was the best decision that we made in the year leading up to our wedding (7/5/19). She helped with planning of my wedding, rehearsal dinner, and welcome party, and she did the florals for my wedding. Lindsey is INCREDIBLE. She is detail-oriented, professional, insanely responsive, and so on top of everything. She is also fiercely protective of her clients and will do anything in her power to address any issues or complications that might arise with vendors. She will take your vision and make it come to life more fabulously than you ever imagined. In addition to her professional talents, she is also a dream to work with interpersonally. She is warm, caring, sensitive, and always a calming and supportive presence in stressful moments. Thank you Lindsey for everything you have done for us!

Our wedding was amazing from start to finish, all thanks to Lindsey

My fiance (now wife) is a full time med student, and I'm not the world's best planner, so we hired Lindsey, who was recommended to us by a friend. She helped us choose a venue we loved (Canal 337), an incredible band (Living Proof), and a fantastic photographer (Jennifer Van Elk) and helped us plan the wedding we wanted from start to finish along with a few surprises that made the event even more memorable.

Due to circumstances beyond anyone's control we had to change the date of our wedding NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. Each time Lindsey took care of everything for us, rescheduling all of the vendors etc. We would have been totally overwhelmed without her help.

Then the day of the event came and Lindsey was a rock star. Everything that day ran with remarkable precision; all we had to do was show up. The flowers and decor were exquisite. We're still getting compliments from our friends and family about what a great party it was. So much of the credit rightfully belongs to Lindsey and Ooh La La. We highly recommend them for any and all of your event planning needs.
