Franny from Tara Nicole was INCREDIBLE!

Franny from Tara Nicole was the absolute best!! She is so sweet, fun, and easy to work with. She made our wedding day an absolute BREEZE. She worked non-stop in the weeks leading up to the wedding to get everything organized with all of our vendors, and all the wedding decor and items that my husband and I were doing on our own. She handled all the vendor communications with ease and grace, and kept everyone in line so I did not have to worry about a thing. The day of the wedding, I did not have a single vendor, bridesmaid, guest etc reach out to me because Franny was handling absolutely everything. Our getting ready space and venue were across the street from one another (across a busy downtown street), and she hustled back and forth between the locations ALL morning in the heat to get everything set up and perfect for us. She kept us on schedule all day without ever making me feel rushed or worried. I went into the day stress-free and had the most incredible wedding day I could have imagined, all because Franny did all the heavy lifting behind the scenes. She also collected all our items at the end of the night and delivered everything to our hotel room, along with a sweet note. Our perfect wedding day would not have been possible without Franny’s help and guidance, and I am so grateful we had her on our team! She is a superstar!

Excellent organization.

I attended a wedding ceremony and reception coordinated by Elegant Events.
I talked with the wedding couple, and they mentioned how happy with EE in every aspect of their wedding.
I also talked with the owners of EE and was impressed by how kind they were and even more impressed that they had a genuine concern for the wedding couple as people...more than clients.

Amy and Craig unfortunately had jungle rain on their wedding day unexpectedly. The outdoor reception had already been setup on the veranda at Laurel Hall. As the rain began, her entire team quickly relocated the reception (chairs, tables, linens, decor, etc) indoors for Plan B. We cannot say enough about Tara! She made the entire planning process manageable and fun. Tara had the challenge of putting together a fully Christian, fully Hindu wedding with a 500-person guestlist. All the while, the two of us were living in DC, Nikhil’s parents were in Georgia, and Joie’s parents lived in Indiana. Tara took the time to get to know us, our parents, and our working styles. In doing so, she came to understand our dreams for the day and how to best make the wedding weekend a success. In addition to working with us, Tara managed a large team of other vendors, from designers and musicians to food trucks and caterers. Our wedding would not have been as organized and polished without Tara’s efforts. In fact, some of our engaged guests have already asked for her contact information! Tara became more than a wedding planner, she became a friendly friend.

Thank you, Tara, for everything that you have done! You were the perfect addition to our 6-person wedding team. We loved our wedding, and would be glad to go through the entire planning process again as long as we still got to work with you!

My husband and I started looking into wedding planners when - I was close to a nervous breakdown and we had only been 3 weeks into our engagement. I was overwhelmed with how much had to be planned/organized in addition to an already demanding/stressful job. Tara both made us feel at ease from our first conversation with her. When we review all the money we spent on our wedding and give advice to family/friends planning their own weddings we say our planner was the one thing we couldn't do without! She helped us avert wedding day disasters, mitigated family drama, brought my Pintrest board to life, communicated with vendors when I was too stressed out too, and took care of all the small stuff in between.

Throughout our wedding day - my husband and I really got to enjoy our day without having to worry about timelines, micro-managing vendors, or ensuring that everything was taken down by the end of the night!

I can't tell you how wonderful Tara and her team were.... and Tara has such a sweet personality she was able to deal with all the quirky personalities in our family!

Tara arranged a "custom" package for my husband/myself to fit our budget/needs - as we really wanted to vet our vendors personally. Tara understood this and designed her package cost around the work we would do on our end.

Throughout the process also provided suggestions on reputable vendors who she thought matched our personalities, and budget - including introducing us to our wedding invitation designer, and DJ. She really understood what we wanted on our wedding day and ensured we had the vendors to match it! I felt in every conversation she really understood our needs/my vision...And in the end our wedding our wedding was everything we dreamed for and we had a blast because Tara took care of all the small stuff like personally assembling our wedding cake that was shipped from NYC. She was a true life-saver/sanity saver!

Tara and her team did such an awesome job helping us coordinate a crazy indian wedding in a city neither of us lived in! We can't thank her and her team enough!! The weekend of the wedding couldn't have easier for us! We didn't have to worry about any of the vendors, putting out gift bags for the reception, and even getting the temperature changed when we all started dancing! If you're looking for a wedding planner (which we recommend you definitely get), then Tara Nicole Wedding and Events is the team for you!!

My now husband and I had the pleasure of working with Tara from Tara Nicole Weddings and Events, and we both couldn't have been happier with how our wedding turned out.

We started working with Tara in May for our wedding in December. After my first initial phone call with her, I knew she was the one I wanted to work with. She made me feel so comfortable around her and was excited to help us make our wedding the exact way we wanted it to be.

We certainly had a lot of moving parts with our wedding, and Tara and her team executed everything perfectly. We were so happy she was able to take all of our ideas and wants and make them into a classy, cohesive, unforgettable event.

I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a planner that will listen to you and work with you to create your wedding into everything that you want it to be.

She was amazing !!!! We needed her to finish planning last minute because it was a mess. She did a far better job than my "Pinterest wedding ". Our biggest regret is not hiring her sooner . Definitely the best !

Tara, was my wedding planner for my wedding at Laurel Hall. Tara did a wonderful job from the beginning to end helping me plan my wedding. I live in Seattle, Washington and Tara would work with my schedule having meetings to accommodate my work schedule and the time difference. In addition, I was only able to come home during Christmas break and two times during the summer for long weekends. She did an amazing job helping me narrow down vendors, setting up meeting with the vendors and helping me with reviewing and finalizing the contracts.

I arrived Thursday for my Saturday wedding. Tara and her team did an amazing setting up for the wedding on Friday (I was able to go play golf with my brother :) ).The wedding day went very smoothly, Tara and her team made the day stress free from set up to clean up.

I would highly recommend Tara for as your wedding planner especially for out of town brides. She was very friendly, professional, and always listened to my ideas and helped me implement them to make my day unique and special.

Tara provided excellent service and made the planning process stress free and so much more enjoyable! She worked closely with me throughout the entire planning process to ensure that I had exactly what I wanted for my special day. Tara is extremely personable, which made the process easier and fun, and I could tell that she really understood my vision as well as the importance of sticking closely to my budget! I could tell she was the right planner for me after our first phone conversation- she cared about getting to know me as a person, which I truly appreciated.

She was extremely responsive to all of my questions and emails- and I constantly had all sorts of questions and ideas to run by her! I really could tell she cared about making my day perfect when she sent me a picture of an item she thought I would like for my centerpieces when she was out doing some personal shopping. It was so thoughtful!! Because it was so important to me to have my centerpieces perfect and within budget, she went above and beyond her duties to help me.

Tara and her team were so on top of it on my wedding day (and on rehearsal dinner day) that any issues that arose were taken care of without me even knowing! I had complete confidence in her..all I did was show up and just enjoy the day. She took care of everything else. The reception and ceremony looked beautiful and exactly, if not better, than how I envisioned it. I couldn’t put a price tag on being able to enjoy my wedding day without any worry and stress- and Tara made that possible. She truly was amazing to work with and so worth every penny!! I had so many guests come up to me to tell me how impressed they were with Tara and her team’s work. Hiring Tara was one of the best decisions I made during the process! I would recommend Tara Nicole Weddings to anyone- 110% satisfied!

I was living in New Jersey when I was planning my wedding in Indianapolis. I decided to hire Tara because she was able to organize, budget, and plan my entire wedding despite me not living in Indianapolis. Tara did it all from explaining different styles of photography, assisting in vendor selections, organizing timelines and budgets, putting together wedding favors, and even taking time to get to know myself and my husband. On the day of the wedding, I was able to enjoy every little detail without being stressed all thanks to Tara! The best decision I made when planning my wedding was hiring Tara!

Tara spent a year helping me plan the most amazing wedding weekend, including a Friday rehearsal dinner/welcome party and Sunday brunch for 300 guests. I looked forward to our planning sessions like I look forward to getting together with my best girl friends. She is super sweet, graciously kind, and very thoughtful. If something was important to me, it was of utmost importance to her.
From scheduling appointments with vendors and keeping me on track with updated to do lists, to getting my favorite Starbucks drink a few hours before walking down the aisle and making sure our band was paid at the reception when I forgot…I always knew I could count on her to handle everything and in the end my only responsibility was to enjoy the day with my new husband and closest friends & family. People were blown away at how relaxed I was and I owe so much of that to Tara. Her team is absolutely the best of the best and any bride that hires them can have faith knowing they will plan a wedding that’s everything she ever dreamed of and more!

Making the decision to hire a wedding planner made planning my daughter's wedding much less stressful and more enjoyable. Tara was wonderful to work with. Tara was phenomenal!!! She was everything I hoped to get from a wedding planner. She was on point with her ideas and responses for my questions. Throughout the process of planning, she brought to the table all kinds of things I would have never even considered. The day of she was brilliant! She was everywhere I needed her to be. If something was wrong, she was there to correct it but then disappeared into the background to let everyone enjoy. I was completely stress free throughout this process because of Tara's effort and organization. It was well worth it to hire Tara!! Tara and her team were absolutely wonderful, especially the entire weekend of the wedding! I don't know how we could have gotten everything done without them. Even in the months leading up to our wedding, Tara met with us multiple times to go over timelines, answer questions, walk through all of our venues, and meet with our vendors. She also responded promptly to numerous emails and helped us negotiate with some of our more difficult vendors.

When it came to the weekend of the wedding, Tara and her team arrived Thursday to begin helping with set-up (we got married on Saturday). We had extremely high expectations about how everything would look the day of the wedding, and Tara exceeded all of these expectations. Everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding, and I know I would not have been able to do all of this on my own. Even throughout the wedding day, Tara was putting out fires that we didn't know about until the very end of the night. Every little thing we asked of her she did without question, from set-up to tear-down.

Our completed vision was only possible because of her consistent guidance and skill. Do yourself a favor and hire Tara. I promise that you will not regret it.

Tara and her team should really be called the dream team! I had a massive Indian wedding complete with 4 events over the course of three days and about 500 guests. I started working with Tara about six months before the big weekend and that’s when she took over all vendor coordination, planning, timelines, etc. Her detailed nature and affectionate attitude allowed for successful coordination with all my vendors. This was extremely helpful as I had really crazy work hours during this time. When it came to the weekend of, Tara and her team were able to successfully manage all the moving pieces of the wedding flawlessly. From the minute we arrived at the hotel, I wasn’t worried about a thing because I knew Tara was taking care of it. If things did go wrong, I had no idea because she has a natural talent at what she does. Most importantly, having Tara and her team allowed my mom and sister to enjoy themselves fully without having to worry about any of logistics of the weekend. Tara and her team have my highest recommendation as they were truly invaluable to me during the most important time in my life!

We were absolutely thrilled with Tara and her team's work. Once we saw her work at a friend's wedding, we knew we had to hire her! I didn't believe this before but every bride needs a planner.

Tara helped us for the last few months before the wedding and was invaluable. She organized weekly to do's that we both had to accomplish, and she truly made the decision making process very simple for us. She was always willing to meet or talk on the phone or communicate via email and was very quick to respond (despite having a newborn!). She served as a friend we could vent to and as a professional who handled all communication with our vendors.

When our DJ fell through at the last minute, she immediately started gathering names and contacts for us and helped us work through DJ contracts 2 weeks before our wedding! Our families were SO IMPRESSED with her willingness to learn the Indian culture and help out whenever she could. We received so many compliments from our guests about how smooth the wedding day was and how organized everything was for them. She is patient, professional, and a natural at her job. I would definitely recommend Tara and her team to any bride!

We elected to hire Tara Nicole Weddings and Events to help with the last month of wedding preparation and day-of-wedding coordination for my daughter's New Year's Eve wedding. It was one of the best decisions we made!

I feel the company of our family and friends on the wedding day was the best part of the event. Tara's services allowed us to enjoy the day to it's fullest.

During the month before the wedding, everything needed to be done all at once (despite our hard work before hand!). Tara was responsive, professional, and open to taking on all tasks - big and small - that we sent her way. Just when we wondered if we were overloading her, she asked if there was anything else she could do to help.

The behind-the-scenes work that Tara and her staff did on the day of the wedding was so valuable. We didn't have to worry about the details -- they were thought out beforehand, included in the day's timeline, and all taken care of. All we had to do that day was show up - literally!

I recommend Tara Nicole Weddings without hesitation for a flawless event.

Tara was wonderful to work with in the planning and execution of our son's wedding. Our wedding planning was done remotely as the bride and groom lived in another state from where the wedding was taking place as did the parents of the groom. Tara brought a calmness to the planning that allowed for stress relief and peace of mind from all sides. Tara made suggestions based on the vision of the bride that resulted in a beautiful and memorable wedding day. Tara was always available to discuss items of concern and responded quickly to all questions. Having Tara as our wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding. Tara was warm and friendly but she was diligent in getting things done according to our wishes. I would highly recommend Tara and her assistant for any event planning.

Where to begin… Tara and I have been friends since college, so working with her as my wedding coordinator was a no-brainer. I knew she was driven, passionate and organized, but the big question was “are you sure you want to deal with my big, fat, crazy Indian wedding?!” Throughout the planning process, Tara was a huge help… serving as an organizer, confidant (daily venting sessions!), and chauffer (arranging and driving me around to back-to-back vendor meetings since I lived out of town). She became a 2nd daughter to my mom since they spent so much time together from addressing invitations to putting together the seating chart. Then came the wedding week, my Sangeet venue flooded and a bus carrying guests broke down, but she made sure the event still went on without a hitch. Tara made sure out entire weekend was as seamless and stress-free as possible. To future brides… Tara is amazing, went above and beyond the call of duty, and even dressed the part ;)

When I first met with Tara of Tara Nicole Weddings, I immediately noticed she was very organized, personable, professional, and her passion showed when her face lit up with excitement when we started discussing my vision. When I received a proposal from her and saw how she had captured my vision so perfectly, I knew she was the right wedding planner for me. Tara and I stayed in very close contact from day 1 and she was a blessing to me the entire time. We met in person 1-2 times a month and she was always available through phone and/or text and she responded to my emails very promptly. My husband and I both have very busy schedules and Tara did a fantastic job being flexible with us and she saved us so much time and stress by booking consultations and meetings with some wonderful vendors. In the last few months of my planning process, I don’t know what I would have done without her. She immediately took care of any issues we had, created timelines, she was constantly emailing me with updates and asking if I needed anything, she coordinated with the vendors, and she took care of all the little details that I was completely clueless about. She also did a wonderful job running our rehearsal. And on top of all that, she made my reception beautiful; my table designs were absolutely gorgeous thanks to her talents. And most importantly, I did not have to stress on my wedding day because I knew I was in good hands!

Do not by fooled by Tara's tiny frame, she is a wedding planning machine. She responded to messages and emergencies at all hours of the day, she was quick and efficient, and stayed really calm the entire time, which really helped with my stress. Most importantly, she met all my requirements - I needed her to keep me on track, so she sent me reminder to do lists. I needed her to be firm with my wedding party and flaky photographer, so she made sure that everybody knew exactly where and when they had to do stuff. Best part - she kept my mother in law on track too. Worth every penny and would recommend to everyone I know.

Tara was the best planner to work with! She was extremely timely with her responses and very detailed. Tara is extremely calm and doesn't seem to get flustered under any circumstance. As the hotel event contact for this wedding, Tara made our job a breeze! She was available to meet with us several times before the wedding to ensure our vision and the bride's vision were in sync. She arrived onsite for the reception and made sure everything was set correctly and to the bride's liking. The night went extremely smooth for both our staff at the hotel as well as for the bride and grooms' family. Tara can provide service for brides that need a lot of hand holding as well as minimal assistance. I think Tara Nicole Weddings is certainly the place to go if you are in need of a wedding planner!

Tara helped with Day-Of coordination for my amazing wedding! She spent hours making sure that every well-planned detail was executed to perfection. I can honestly say that our wedding would not have been nearly as amazing with her incredible attention to detail. She even took care of the little things that many brides forget about, like getting food for the bridal party. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Tara and I would strongly recommend her to any bride, no matter how much help you think you do or don't need. Having someone that is reliable and experienced was truly invaluable. Plus, her joyful and spunky personality makes her a delight to work with!

Tara is one highly motivated young lady with a focus on detail! Everything was planned, coordinated and executed to the highest level with no stress. This girl has a multitude of fantastic ideas and she will get the job done! My hat goes off to her for her fine talent and initiative.

Tara Nicole Weddings and Events was the planner for my son's wedding. Everything was planned and thought of to the last detail. She had contingencies in place in the event of bad weather, missing items, last minute changes by the venue, and last minute changes by the bridal party. She was so organized that I did not have to worry about anything, which allowed me to relax and enjoy my son's wedding. I felt completely confident that everything would be taken care of, and it was. I have no hesitations recommending Tara Nicole Weddings and Events.

Tara Steele at Tara Nicole Wedding and Events was wonderful to work with! She helped us with everything from meeting with our florist to making a wedding guest book for the reception. Tara Nicole Weddings provided value in ways that I couldn't have even imagined when we started working with them. The weeks leading up to the wedding Tara handled all of our vendor meetings and finalized a timeline that made the day flow flawlessly. It was amazing to have her with us on our wedding day and I highly recommend Tara Nicole Weddings and Events for any bride's special day.

Tara was everything you could hope for in a wedding planner. She was a pleasure to work with and has such a welcoming and friendly personality. She was constantly working hard speaking with vendors, brainstorming and assisting with all aspects of wedding planning. She was a huge help for me since I was planning my wedding from out of town. She met with the vendors live when I wasn't able to and did various site visits. Most importantly, the rehearsal dinner and wedding went off without a hitch, thanks to Tara. Tara had everything under control and was always there if I needed anything. I would highly recommend Tara Nicole Weddings and Events! You will not be disappointed.

Tara pools together a zillion needs of wedding stakeholders (parents, bride, groom, officiant, etc.) to make one beautiful event happen!

Tara was a joy to work with. My parents and my in-laws were all very involved with the wedding planning, and Tara served as a helpful neutral party to help us blend my non-Indian family with my husband's Indian family. She "gets" the importance of including both the parents' needs and those of the couple to ensure that everyone is happy, and helps the couple achieve their wedding dreams while respecting and involving the parents. Tara found vendors that were perfect for what we were looking for - amazing photographers that made us feel comfortable in the spotlight, a florist that made gorgeous arrangements, and more. There are plenty of potentially sticky situations that Tara can guide you through and help with resolving, from ballooning budgets to different cultures to dietary restrictions. She navigated a variety of needs, cultural and otherwise, to put together a beautiful Indian wedding that also made our non-Indian guests feel welcome. Thank you!

I'd definitely say "Yes" to Tara Nicole Weddings!! Tara planned our wedding while I was stationed overseas and my husband-to-be was living out-of-state. Tara crossed geographical boundaries to accommodate us no matter the time zone or unique hurdle. Concept to execution was exceptional and her recommendations on vendors were spot-on! She flawlessly matched our personalities with theirs. She was not only professional, flexible, and patient, but she did all of it with a smile.
