Sweet Karoline Events is a wedding and event planning company based in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Karoline is a southern wedding planner who gained experience designing and planning her own wedding, and offers a unique and personal touch to her planning services. She places special care, attention, and organizational dedication into every wedding that she takes part in, and works tirelessly to help you achieve the wedding celebration you’ve always dreamed of.

Perfect planner for the perfect day

Oh sweet Karoline, we cannot thank you enough for helping us plan the perfect wedding!! As a wedding photographer myself, I knew the importance of having amazing vendors. I had worked with Karoline in the past and loved her sweet spirit and consistent leadership, so she was a no-brainer for me! We chose her for month-of coordination and the peace of mind in knowing the Karoline was on top of things made me so much more relaxed. From initial design meetings and lunch dates to talk details, to picking up decor the week before and organizing and seamless day, Karoline was the perfect planner for our perfect day! We had more than the usual amount of vendors, and she coordinated them like a queen. All while 6 months pregnant! I recommend her to all my brides and cannot sing her praises enough! Thank you Karoline for making our day so magical!

Wow! What an amazing experience we had with Karoline for our daughter's wedding last weekend at Boxwood Estate! She was a delight to work with from start to finish. She coordinated an unusually large number of vendors who worked together beautifully under her leadership. Pretty amazing feat for a woman preparing to welcome a new baby in her life! Another reviewer said that Karoline "was consistently available to answer questions and assist our vendor selection. The week of the wedding found her going above and beyond expectations to ensure a flawlessly executed weekend." I couldn't have said it better! We cannot recommend Karoline enough and hope that motherhood allows her to continue sharing her gifts and talents with other brides and families (while still enjoying her growing family). Thanks, Karoline, for everything!

Karoline is one of the best wedding planners out there! She is so good at what she does! I have worked on a few wedding inspiration projects with her and she is absolutely fantastic! She is sweet and kind and most important she LOVES what she does!

Is it possible to give a vendor more than five stars?! Karoline is the quintessential professional. Her friendship, organization, and professionalism are some of the main reasons our wedding weekend was such a magical one. During each week of our year long engagement, Karoline was consistently available to answer questions and assist our vendor selection. The week of our wedding found her going above and beyond expectations to ensure a flawlessly executed weekend. I cannot stress enough that selecting the full planning package was exactly the right choice for us. As a very detailed planner myself, it felt incredibly comforting to know that Karoline and I were tackling each step of the planning process as a united front and that her years of experience in the Atlanta event planning industry were guiding my decisions. Her hand touched every aspect of my wedding and that gift is immeasurable. Her poised demeanor enabled her to face any hiccup without missing a beat, like when she seamlessly turned our planned outdoor exit into a confetti dance party during the last song of the evening thanks to a thunderstorm. We wholeheartedly recommend Sweet Karoline Events for all wedding and celebration planning services! We are forever grateful to Karoline for her graceful expertise!

Don't look any further! From our first meeting to our ceremony exit, there was never a moment where I felt unsure of Karoline's ability or professionalism. Her sweet and fun personality makes a stressful time fun and carefree! With beautiful ideas, creative input, attention to detail, and amazing communication, I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner!

Karoline is professional, creative, and passionate about helping her clients have a fabulous event. All while staying within your budget. I hired Sweet Karoline Events to help plan and set up and work the day of my husbands 60th birthday party. The decor (lighting in the trees, flowers, table settings etc.) were wonderful. And I was able to relax and enjoy the celebration.

Fantastic, no stress! Karoline planned my engagement party, which was one less thing I had to worry about with the holidays rolling in. She even did the floral arrangements, which were just perfect for the evening, and all of our guests had a fabulous time! My mom and I were able to relax and spend time with our friends and family without having to worry about any party logistics. Karoline took care of everything! Since she did such an amazing job with our engagement party, we've also booked her for our big day!

Karoline is so incredibly talented! She has an ability to take the essence of her client and create a beautiful backdrop and memorable experience for whatever the occasion. In my personal experience, she planned a lovely bridal shower hosted at a family friend's home. Not only did Karoline plan, prepare and execute the event but she also made all of the delicious food! Her abilities are endless. I was more than pleased by how well she captured the look and feel that I wanted. She is so easy to work with: listens to all the little details, is incredibly resourceful, makes great suggestions and always puts her clients first. I will definitely be using Karoline again and would absolutely recommend her for your next event - whether it's a birthday party or baby shower, or a graduation party or wedding. Karoline will be sure to please!

Karoline at Sweet Karoline Events was simply amazing! She helped me plan/design a large bridal shower and everything turned out perfect. She was very professional, organized and has great attention to detail. I felt very comfortable handing over the reins to Karoline which helped take the stress off my shoulders. She was extremely easy to work with, very personable and far exceeded expectations. Karoline went above and beyond to make my vision for the party come to life and nothing was overlooked. I would highly recommend Karoline for your wedding or next event... she knows what she's doing!!!

I highly recommend Karoline as a wedding coordinator/contractor. She is professional at all times, easy to work with, open to suggestions and has great ones of her own. Always punctual and happy about your special day. She really took the load off me (MOB) so I could enjoy my daughters wedding. She was very personable with all the guests and knew how to execute any issues that arose. On top of that she was sweet just like her name! You cannot go wrong with her expertise!
