Sugar Grove Estate sits on a 45-acre estate, alongside its spring-fed flowering lilly pond, ceremony grove, rustic cabin, shooting range, private runway with helipad, reception courtyard and an abundance of beautiful moss-covered oak trees! Along the south side of the venue, you will see a field of sugarcane, hence the name “Sugar Grove Estate.”

As guests arrive, they will walk across the 120 ft bridge over to the picturesque ceremony area whilst taking in all the beauty of the magical landscaping. The ceremony grove is a dream-like wedding setting. The wooden altar is surrounded by giant Oak trees with Spanish moss, and wild oranges are growing in the woodland behind. The large entrance gates are closed after guests are seated, in anticipation of the Bride’s grand entrance and walk down the aisle. This lush outdoor space also features a modern restroom facility so your guests have no excuse to peek inside the main venue until the reception!

Located down the path from the ceremony grove is the Groom’s Cabin, an air-conditioned bachelor's cottage offering a secluded spot for groomsmen to gather, dress, have lunch, and relax before the wedding.
In the main building, the stunning 1200 sq ft upstairs Bridal Suite is filled with natural light and provides a beautiful space for the Bride and Bridesmaids to prepare hair & makeup, take photos, and make wonderful memories. Key features include a private restroom with shower, full-length mirrors, an 8 ft makeup counter, and a gorgeous blue antique settee. There is also an elevator to the suite making it accessible for everyone.

The Sugar Grove Estate's east side opens to a 3200 sq. ft. outdoor entertainment area. Adorned with twinkly market lights and framed by wooden planters containing fresh herbs used in our kitchen. This majestic courtyard serves as an idyllic spot for a cocktail hour between the ceremony and wedding dinner. It is also the perfect place for a sparkler exit!

The main barn was skillfully designed by its owners, and built by the Amish in 2022. As you enter the venue, you will notice its grand scale, with soaring 45-foot ceilings created with Montana Red Spruce beams. There is a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with a beautiful accent wooden mantle. A dazzling central 8-foot crystal chandelier, and surrounding smaller chandeliers, add beauty and elegance to the rustic feel of the venue. A grand timber staircase leads up to the Bridal Suite and a spacious balcony overlooking the spotlit dancefloor.
This unique building is not an old converted barn but a beautiful new Douglas Fir structure, giving the warmth and character of a country venue, with all the commercial amenities you need to hold a successful and comfortable event. With its high-efficiency air conditioning, comprehensive sound system and backup power generator, this is no ordinary barn!
